We had a great long weekend stay with 3 families! Perfect for those with kids that know how to swim :) if not be on your best watch. House sits on a nice canal, big enough to get your boat in and out, that was a must for us. The rental had everything you needed, making for a very relaxing weekend.

We had the best time at this property over Thanksgiving break! We had 4 adults and 4 teens and there was sooo much space. The teens especially liked the downstairs game area and fishing right off the back of the house. Loved that each adult couple had their own master suite with own bathroom and kids did as well. Excellent layout! Kitchen was well stocked and owners were super friendly, kind and communicative. Hope to return in the future!

Awesome property in beautiful Key Allegro. We visit the area often and this place was amazing. Clean, lots of room, and equipped with all you need. Hosts were great with communication and even had a welcome gift. Thank you for sharing your place with us…we look forward to staying again!

Responsive hosts.Great house and layout. Has all the basics needed and extra details included like coffee pods & creamer, face wipes and water activity items. Perfect space for our family to be together but have some space of their own. Game room and fishing made for a great family getaway! Highly recommend!

We are Chad and Bridget Chapman. Chad is a life long resident of Rockport. Bridget is from Fredericksburg, TX. We got married in 2023 and Bridget moved with her two children here to Join Chad and my two children. Our kids ages range from 14 to 21. We love Rockport and living the coastal life. Chad is in the marine transportation business, and Bridget is a real estate agent.

Why they chose this property

As a life long resident of Rockport I have always loved Key Allegro. We our family needs require us to live full time on a larger property so we bought this house for part time use. Key Allegro is the place to be in Rockport especially during summer or holidays.

What makes this property unique

The main living area has been recently remodeled and is very fresh and clean. This winter we plan to put new siding on the exterior, build a new dock, and a swimming pool.
