Argyles Too! A brand new Loft Efficiency

Light airy loft with a cathedral ceiling. Kitchenette, plates, utensils, glassware, cups, with microwave, refrigerator, Kuerig machine with coffee and creamers. Breakfast bar with 2 stools for eating. Private entrance, Private bathroom, 55” flatscreen tv with directv, and wifi. Outside mini patio will gas grill and table and chairs. A little oasis to enjoy and relax in. Pet Friendly. Gas grill will be turned off for winter from December thru March due to fire hazards.

Our Loft efficiency has a queen size bed, breakfast bar, mini kitchen with microwave, Keurig coffee machine, refrigerator, sink, dishes, silverware, 55” flatscreen tv, WiFi, new private bathroom, private entrance, and outside shower, private gas grill, outdoor table and chairs

Private entrance

The property is shared outside, but there are 2 sides to our yard so you have your own space. Your own parking space and private walkway and entrance . 35 pound limit on single dog.

The property was clean, safe and in a wonderful location to explore all the OBX has to offer. We adventured from Currituck down through Bodie Island, all in easy driving proximity.

It was a nice place to stay overall. Just wished we knew there were narrow steps heading to the room at the back of the house. It was pretty clean, the ceiling fan wasin verge of falling off and noticed some tapes around it so we did not use the ceiling fan. It would of been nice to have working ceiling fan. The showwer glass barrier was wobbly and not secured so the water would drip out. The stairs walking up to the front door had nails popping out on it so be careful so you dont step on the nails that were sticking out. Most of them were on the side. But it was decent place to sleep over for few nights.

Thank you for your review. The glass door is fully secured it is a movable door so you can open it if needed. Waiting on the carpenter which on the beach in season is long. As for the ceiling fan there is no tape on it and it works fine. You are the first person to complain about that. It works perfectly. The space is listed as a loft and the staircase is 3 feet wide, to code. I do hope you had a good time at the beach

Just the right size for a couple. Quiet, clean and complete. The owners were very responsive to questions and gave great recommendations for restaurants. Having never been to the area we were happy to find a nice place to stay, close to the beach, restaurants and activities at a reasonable price. Easy check in/check out. Will definitely come again!

Why they chose this property

this neighborhood was one of the only ones with year round residents, plus we could walk to work at our restaurant.

What makes this property unique

our property is on the Seascape golf course and our yard is filled with flowers, trees and we do have grass! We are a 5 minute walk to the beach.
