Cozy studio for 2, with huge terrace in garden. My place is close to the 🏖 🌊 . You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the high cleanliness, and the location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Studio is equiped with anything you need for cooking, huge storage in walk-in closet and fully equiped bathroom (hair drayer + washer).

Space:
Fully equipped KITCHEN with dishwasher, microwave, oven, table for 3, 3 chairs, Smart 📺/Netflix (you should have your own account), bed (140*200), A/C, wireless internet, walk in wardrobe.

Terrace - 25m2, table for 2, 2 chairs, 2 sundecks and sunshades.

Bathroom - shower, hairdryer, washer.

Overflow pool 🏊‍♀️ 30m2, is private pool for our house. We rent 2 apartments, studio and double room apartment. Terrace around the pool is about 110m2

Your private parking. EV plug-in is possible, Webasto 11kWh - Type 2 and regular/home plugin. Ask in advance and I will send you photo.

Studio is situated in annex of our house, on ground floor. You have separate entrance, big terrace and parking place for 🚘. You will enjoy pretty private part of out property.

Nice place, superhost

The little house had everything we needed.The host and her mama are superfriendly and willing to help with every question. The envirronement is absolutely magnificent. Don’t hesitate to book this lovely place!!

Ivana nôtre hotesse était aux petits soins pour nous. Elle a l'amour des choses bien faites. Lubica sa maman nous a fait de delicieux desserts. elle est adorable ainsi que Toto le chien de la maison. studio parfait et piscine superbe pour se delasser ! grâce à la localisation du lieu nous avons pu faire balades..plages..snorkelings..visiter Trogir , le parc de Krka, Split, Zadar, les îles kornati et le parc de Telascica, Sibenik, île de Brac à velo, le château de Klis et...goûter à la restauration Croate!! miam! nous reviendrons!!...noun n'avons pas encore tout vu!! encore merci pour ces belles vacances!!

Perfekt!

Eine so liebevoll und umsichtig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung hatten wir noch nie! Vom ersten kühlen Getränk im Kühlschrank, über Seife, Duschgel und Shampoo im Bad oder Backpapier, Alufolie und wirklich brauchbarem Essig&Öl, Salz ind er Küche.....es war wirklich alles da. Vor allem hatten wir nie das Gefühl, dass dies die "Reste" von vorherigen Gästen waren, ondern einfach ein aufmerksamer Service. Sogar den den Moskitoschutz für draußen hat Ivana gedacht! (Genauso wie an Teelichte, Serivetten und und und....) Bei unserer Ankunft war das Studio sauber, gelüftet und einladent. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Bilder des Studios entsprechen der tatsächlichen Einrichtung. Die großzügige Terasse mit Außendusche, Markise und Blick in den blühenden Garten, ergänzen das Studio mit einem Outdoor-Wohnzimmer. Was wir sehr genossen. Leider gibt es den kleinen Lebensmittelladen in der Nachbarschaft nicht mehr, so dass man rund 30 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt/Bäcker/Metzger laufen muss. Für Menschen mit größerem Einkaufsvolumen und denen, die nicht gerne laufen, ist ein Auto sinnvoll. Unterstütung für den ersten Einkauf erhielten wir daher von Ivana, die uns im Auto mitnahm und wieder abholte. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Wasser und die nahegelegene Bucht ist zu Fuß ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Der Rückweg ist dafür etwas anspruchsvoller, da ein ziemlich steiler Berg "bewältigt" werden will. ;) Wir haben uns rundum wohl und umsorgt gefühlt (Danke noch einmal für die leckerne Pfannenkuchen!) und uns richtig gut erholt und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal bei Ivana.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin und sehr sauberes Apartment. Hat alles, was man braucht. Die Umgebung und der Strand sind sehr gut. Uns hat es hier bestens gefallen und wir können es nur weiter empfehlen. Ivana hat uns zahlreiche Tips bezüglich Essen und Strand gegeben und bei Fragen steht sie immer zur Verfügung. Echt toller Urlaub gewesen!
