Paseo Sarta Villa

A very clean villa in Villa West community. Has all new facilities such as refrigerator, washer/dryer, stove, etc. 2 bedroom with a pull out in second bedroom which was comfortable. Very friendly neighbors and located close to stores, parks, trails, etc. I was very comfortable and satisfied and would definitely rent it again. Landlord very accomodating and friendly.

A Month in Green Valley

Every amenity was provided. Very nice bathroom. Everything is provided in the kitchen. Hated to leave. Because of Covid we did not get to meet our hosts, but they were wonderful to work with.

This is a charming and clean unit with both kitchen and bathroom recently updated. It’s well furnished and stocked with everything needed for kitchen, bath, laundry, etc. The owner is responsive and concerned for our comfort. She’s a gem! We’d be happy to return.

The condo was very nice, clean and well equipped with everything you may need for an extended stay. We particularly liked the fact that we could go to one of the many Green Valley Recreation Facilities for exercising on the treadmill or using one of the many machines available and also the many golf courses near by. We also liked that we were not far from grocery stores. The owners were exceptionally friendly and very helpful in providing information regarding local attractions and places to eat.

My wife and I have owned and loved this property for 14 years. I grew up in California and Alaska. I've lived in Washington State for most of my adult life. We have truly enjoyed our time in the warm and wonderful state of Arizona. The outdoor recreation is amazing. My favorite activities are golfing and biking. My wife loves to walk and swim. Green Valley is a perfect match for our recreational needs. We've especially enjoy meeting visitors from all over the US and Canada.

Why they chose this property

We learned of Green Valley when we visited friends in the area about 20 years ago. Arizona has been a favorite haunt ever since. Our villa was purchased due to its central location. We can walk to the Wednesday market. The refreshing outdoor pool is within steps and one of the community parks is next door. Our neighbors are friendly, interesting, and are from all over the country. We love walking the array of paths and gardens. If we want more nightlife, we drive into Tucson for theater. For a change of pace during the day we walk or hike at Sahuarita Lake, Sabino Canyon, the Sonoran Desert Museum, or Madera Canyon. We enjoy going to the Zoo and to the Botanical Gardens. If we want to shop for art, we visit Tubac as it is an amazingly talented artist community. There is so much to do here.

What makes this property unique

We have done a lot of updating to our unit. The floors have been re-tiled. The kitchen countertops are now granite. Top of the line appliances have been installed. The bathroom is totally updated including a new tile shower. All walls have been recently painted and all 3 room fans have been replaced recently. We enjoy sitting out on the sunny back patio in the mornings as we drink our coffee and we relax on the front patio during the heat of the day. We turned the largest bedroom into a den area with room for computers and for guests. A creative space, my wife has written books in that room. The most important thing to us is that our guests enjoy our home as much as we do. To that end, we'll do all we can to make you feel welcome!
