Come and enjoy the beauty and peace that is abundant in the house and gardens at Riley's Respite. RR sits on 3/4 acre tucked into a hillside and backing to National Forest, with some of the best views available in Sedona. She will treat you to the daily serenity and power that naturally comes from the red rocks; and cradle you in her arms of luxury at night.

Enjoy intense privacy without neighbors to be seen, a rarity in Sedona and romance are savored here.

RR has three bedrooms and three baths.
RR comes equipped with new Tempurpedic and Sterns&Foster mattresses with high thread count luxury cotton sheets, CuddleDown down-filled pillows and thick Egyptian cotton towels. The stone floors absorb the heat from the large gas fireplace in the winter and stay cool in summer from the evening temps. RR is equipped to play the music from your personal devices as desired, with wi-fi and speakers throughout the home. The fully-stocked kitchen awaits your love of cooking! A 52 inch TV equipped with every channel available from Direct TV, including movie channels, awaits your entertainment wishes. An additional efficiency kitchen and bar are in the entertainment room for ease of eat and drink. RR is stocked with jigsaw puzzles, playing cards, and a huge variety of books. The yard has been specifically designed to create conversation and view spots throughout, moving with the shade, depending on the season!

The master suite has a 72 inch bathtub for two as well as a large private deck leading to the therapeutic hot tub and the refreshing outdoor shower. The yard is brimming with birds of all kinds and other local wildlife.

Walk out the front door, down the street and onto the trails! Riley's Respite is in Sedona proper a couple miles from Uptown, enjoying expansive views toward Oak Creek Canyon and Flagstaff... The neighborhood is small and quiet with very friendly and helpful neighbors...

Majestic Views - Inside and Outside!

The home, property and location were incredible! We celebrated Cristmas with family and everyone agreed that the home and property were beautiful. We saw deer and javalina, walked to Tlaquepaque and took several hikes! Many beautiful memories!

A lovely respite

We very much enjoyed our stay at the lovely rileys respite. Beds were very comfortable as was the furniture, was very clean, view was just amazing. Many puzzles and books were nice as well as the fireplace when it was rainy and cold. Highly recommend.

A hidden gem!

This was our 3rd stay at this beautiful property. The owner and the property manager were very pleasant to deal with. The property was immaculate, comfortable and well appointed. And privacy for days! Cannot wait to come back next spring!

Thanksgiving 2023

This is our second time renting this property for Thanksgiving. It is so cozy, fantastic views, nicely appointed and private. The bird feeders are beautiful to watch as the colorful birds enjoy the seeds. The outdoor decks are wonderful and the fountains are relaxing. The fireplace really brings the vibe for the holiday! The attention to details with the amenities are outstanding!

Perfect stay at Riley's Respite!

Our group stayed at Riley's Respite for a special 4-day reunion and had one of the most restful and enjoyable vacations ever! Riley's is situated on a quiet hill overlooking a spectacular view and is easily accessible to all of Sedona's most beautiful trail heads as well as shopping and restaurants. The house is beautiful, well-equipped and spotlessly clean: all modern amenities, gracious floor plan with amazing views and lovely southwestern-inspired architecture and furnishings. Our group (of 3 couples) could not have been happier (between cooking together in the well-appointed kitchen, hanging out and enjoying the views from inside and outside the house, taking relaxing soaks in the hot tub) and we sometimes felt torn between leaving our comfy nest and exploring scenic Sedona! We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and can't wait to book our next trip!

Excellent view

This was a great property! Excellent views, great location, very clean and nice bath products!! The only negative thing I would say are the pillows are not good and the only TV is very complicated, and outside grill did not work. Granted we went with 3 couples and of course we drew the worst room in the place. Downstairs bedroom’s bathroom is up two sets of stairs, not in the actual bedroom. But all in all a very nice property!

Wonderful home !

Six friends had a wonderful time at this lovely home. The home and yard are lovely with plenty of outdoor seating. There are also two comfortable indoor gathering spaces. The kitchen is excellently equipped for cooking but there are also wonderful restaurants in the area. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the center of Sedona.

Nice location with great views. Very well maintained property. Finding the property at night the first time could be difficult to find the driveway - more details on directions would be helpful. Would have like to have real glass for wine glasses.

Fabulous….again!

This is the second stay for my husband and I. The property manager does an amazing job on the home and the check in process was very smooth. The property it beautiful, positioned Ona hillside overlooking Sedona and the beautiful red rocks. It’s very private and quiet. My only “thing” would be that the kitchen could be a little more stocked with some pantry staples. Other than that…perfect! Can’t wait to come back!

Total Sedona Experience

Great property in a great location. This is the ultimate Sedona experience. Doesn’t feel like a typical vacation rental but more like you are staying at the home of a classy friend. Wish we had more time there.

A gem of a property!

This beautiful home lived up to its listing. It was so well appointed, and absolutely spotless! The privacy was great and the views were spectacular. We planned to be busy out and about on our second whole day here but we ended up spending the entire day, moving from deck to deck, to hot tub, to deck. It was truly a relaxing retreat. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return!

Beautiful home

The pictures don’t do it justice ! This is a beautiful, spacious home with amazing views. The view from the master bed looks like a postcard. Large double sided fireplace to spend the evenings...plenty of outdoor areas and jacuzzi for a relaxing night after hikes...a quick drive to downtown restaurants and shops. A highly recommend this beautiful home .

Quiet house with gorgeous views!

My family of 5 stayed at this property for a few days over Christmas. It was very comfortable for us to stay. The space was well allocated, views amazing and location super accessible. The only downside is the kitchen isn't stocked with any basics (spices, oil, etc) which made cooking more challenging. I'd highly recommend this house though!

Sedona Christmas

The property is beautiful, great views! Easy access to everything but your tucked away. I asked for a Christmas tree, they accommodated with a real tree & lots of poinsettias! We were greeted when when we got there and was shown how everything worked. Would definitely recommend staying here, home away from home!!!!!!

We loved our stay! Gorgeous house, beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, amazing views, and extremely clean. So many quaint little sitting areas outside to relax. It felt like we were staying at our own spa. The location was great- close to hiking and downtown. Would stay here again!

All That We Hoped For - And More!

Riley's Respite is an absolutely one of a kind. The house is so inviting; my two sisters along with all of our husbands felt at home instantly. Perfect accommodations for 3 couples. And those stars! Ideal retreat!

This property is even better than the pictures! Susan is an exceptional hostess and extremely responsive during the booking, at confirmation before our arrival and during the stay. Great location for peace and serenity. The hot tub was spotless and was a lifesaver after a long day of hiking. Just show up with your suitcase and feel like home.

What makes this property unique

The home and grounds were completely renovated from the studs in 2008 with continuous improvements done since then. Although the house resides in a "subdivision" of other homes, RR is tucked into the hillside and completely surrounded by trees and privacy. The grounds are lit at night like a fairyland, but can be turned off to stargaze from any spot on the property.
