The Space:
As you enter this home you will be delighted by the spacious coastal great-room. Living room, dining room, and kitchen flow seamlessly offering plenty of space for seating and lounging. Fantastic gourmet kitchen with cupboards galore and enough stone countertops for meal prep, food service and counter seating. New stainless refrigerator with ice dispenser, range and dishwasher to make meal prep a joy. Just off the kitchen a cute lounging cushioned bench next to the dining room table for additional seating for meal time or games and puzzles.
This wonderful great-room has a small nook that the homeowners have cleverly added a twin day bed with a twin trundle for extra sleep space or for luxurious nap in the refreshing A/C after a day at the beach. The living area has two sofas and a large flat screen smart TV. Best bonus of this space is the incredible views. Catch a glimpse of the sunset right from your vacation home.

The primary suite includes an extra large bedroom with newer king bed and plenty of drawer space. Huge bathroom with a gorgeous brand new fixtures and tile and glass shower doors. A guest could not possibly bring enough clothes to fill the huge walk-in closet. In the closet you will find some of this homes little additions there like a pack and play and high chair for our guests to use.

The bedroom situated in the middle is a large room so two brand new full beds were the exact perfect fit. This room sleeps 4. A a small dresser and a standard size closet for clothing storage.

Third bedroom has a brand new queen bed, dresser and nice size closet.

All linens at this home are 100% cotton 600 thread count sateen sure to have you sink in for the best sleep of your life.

Downstairs on the ground level you will find a washer dryer. Splash around in the private pool or bask in the Florida sun. The pool area also has a dining set for dining alfresco.
