The Space:

Pacific light floods the open living spaces each morning, and by the time the first cup of coffee is poured, the ocean is already calling. Set within the Flamingos area of Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta, this waterfront condo puts 12 guests at the edge of Banderas Bay - with a private hot tub, outdoor pool, beach access, and a full roster of indoor entertainment waiting on the other side of the door.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms and six beds accommodate up to 12 guests, with a maximum total capacity of 13 including one minor under 15, in accordance with condominium rules. All guests, including children and babies, count toward the occupancy limit. Every bedroom is fitted with room-darkening shades and clothing storage so the whole group can rest and recharge between beach days.



Outdoor living

Step out onto the private balcony and take in sweeping ocean and mountain views across the resort below. The outdoor pool offers a cool retreat at any hour, while the private hot tub is ideal for unwinding as the sun drops behind the mountains. Beach access and beach essentials - including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - make spontaneous shoreline trips effortless. Back at the property, a fully fenced private backyard with outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, and an outdoor kitchen with sink sets the scene for relaxed open-air meals. Sun loungers complete the picture, and resort access opens up additional ways to enjoy the surroundings.



Entertainment and recreation

When the group is ready to stay in, the movie theater and TV provide easy evening options. For those who want to stay active, exercise equipment - including an elliptical, free weights, stationary bike, treadmill, yoga mat, and workout bench - is available alongside a ping pong table and pool table. A shared gym in the building offers further space to move.



Kitchen and dining

The well-equipped kitchen gives the group everything needed to cook and gather at home. A refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and wine glasses are all on hand, along with cooking basics and full dishes and silverware. The dining table seats the group comfortably for meals between outings.



Bathrooms

Five bathrooms serve the group, each with hot water and hair dryer. An outdoor shower adds a practical option after beach visits or a swim in the pool.



Comfort and convenience

Central air conditioning keeps the interior cool against the humid-tropical warmth outside. The single level home layout means no stairs within the residence, and an elevator in the building adds ease of movement throughout. A dedicated workspace in a room with a door keeps remote work contained and focused, backed by Wifi. A free in-unit washer and dryer means packing light is a genuine option, and both free parking garage on premises and free street parking give the group flexibility on arrival. Self check-in and 24-hour building staff ensure smooth arrivals at any hour, and long term stays are welcome.

Flamingos sits within Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta along Mexico's Pacific coast, a short reach from the beaches of Banderas Bay. With a humid-tropical climate that holds around 28°C year-round, the area delivers consistent warmth, reliable ocean breezes, and a pace of life that makes it easy to stay longer than planned.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._9_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.
