Great place for family or friends to spend time in Orlando. The only improvement that I would suggest is the house could be refreshed with paint and new carpet.

great house for big family
The house was perfect size, enough space for 8 of us. The outside pool was a great feature for the kids. Loved the big table for dinners and such a big kitchen nobody was walking on each other. I give 4 stars because of the cleaning. I noticed a lot of dust and hair (not ours) in the bathroom corners and kitchen. We didn’t spend much time in the house. The drive to and from Disney and Universal was 30-45 depending on traffic. Parking can be challenging if u have more than two cars. The streets in neighborhood are filled with cars, so it’s hard to find a spot. Overall our stay was great and we would stay again.

The PERFECT Florida Villa!
We had the most magical vacation, and are so thankful to be given the opportunity to rent this house for the week! It was clean, tidy, and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The pool and hot tub were well cleaned and cared for, and several spare towels were left in the laundry room should we have needed them. The master bedroom closet had spare sheets and pillowcases, and laundry/dishwasher pods were supplied should you want to clean your things after use. The house was a short drive from all Disney and Universal Parks, which is extremely convenient should you plan to visit them during your stay! However, ensure to allot yourself an extra hour to make it there for park open (due to the ever-changing Florida traffic in the morning). Additionally, a Starbucks, Walmart, and Publix were all within driving distance. We were SO impressed with this Villa - the photos simply do NOT do this house justice! Do not hesitate when booking this Villa. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this lovely home for the week! We are looking forward to stay here for future trips!
