Premium 5 BR Villa With Private Pool & Jacuzzi in the Solana Resort near Disney

The Solana Resort is a private luxury gated community close to Disney World, Universal Studios, Legoland, Sea World and various premium shopping outlets.
It is located in lovely Davenport on the US27 between the US192 and the I4 just around the corner from Orlando. A Walmart, a Super Target store and several supermarkets and restaurants are available in short distance on US27.
The 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom villa is a single story home with private pool, spa, safety fence, covered lanai including a private game room located in the garage. It is tastefully decorated and state of the art with free WIFI.
It offers a master king suite, a second master king suite, a queen bedroom and two twin bedrooms. A sofa bed which can become an additional sleeping location is located in the living area. The master suites have their own private en-suite bathroom
and are backyard faced with own exit to the private pool area.
All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and contains ceiling fan, clock/radio/alarm & flatscreen TVs. We provide a stroller, a high chair and a pack n play for our youngest guests.

Quiet and fantastic resort

My little family only occupied 3 of the 5 bedrooms but we were all very comfortable. My 4 year old daughter didn't want to go to Epcot or Hollywood Studios - she just wanted to go back to the "Disney World house" and swim. In addition, the staff at the resort was amazing and the private cabanas at the clubhouse pool was heavenly. The Tiki Bar serves wonderful drinks and food.

The home owner and cleaning/ staging crew did an extremely above average job on the home. Small details were to perfection, pool was wonderful, all appliances worked. Furniture was comfortable, ceiling fans were in every room. We all enjoyed our stay.

The house was just the right size for us we had my grandparents, parents and our 5 children the pool was perfect for them. The safty gate on the pool was a huge success in keeping my 2and 3 year olds out since they are obsessed with the water. The beds were comfortable they could use new bedding but it wasnt terrible. Plenty of kitchen supplies for a big family that cook alot. Everyone we can in contact with was very nice and helpful.

Very clean and comfortable home.

The home is very clean and I loved that the couches and chairs were leather. Most homes use fabric and it always seems stained/ dirty from kids and wet suits which is why I avoid using them. The owner also leaves lots of items to help get you started for your stay and is very responsive to questions or issues. My only recommendation would be for some current updating but it was so clean that updating would be a bonus. Highly recommended!

We just returned from our Florida trip. This house was really great for our family. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all… we were glad for the single level house ( due to our 2yr old). Plenty of room to sit down as a family to eat and play games. Pool area was nice. Mesh gate was really great. Pool man arrived on Friday to maintain the pool. Communication with owner always provided a quick response. We didn’t get the opportunity to use the Club House facility, although the staff there was also very helpful and pleasant. Thanks again! 😊

Had a great week at the house. The kitchen has everything you could need for feeding 9+ people. Great layout to the house. Loved the two master bedrooms! Pool was perfect for our little swim obsessed kids. Location is fairly close to Disney, but holiday traffic made the commutes much longer than planned. Overall the house is great, and met our expectations. We would definitely rent here again.

Nice Stay for a Family Vacay

It was described adequately and perfect one floor home as we had my mother-in-law who uses a cane. The house was clean and as other guests stated, the house is equipped with appliances and linens and there was 1 toilet paper for each bathroom and 1 paper towel so you do need to purchase a cheap pack. The pool was adequately supplied and that was where we spent the most time so it was great. The management responded quickly to my 1 email so that was appreciated. We would stay again as check-in with gate was convenient and clubhouse is a plus.

Solana Stay

Property was amazing and clean. My only bad note is that I needed a pool skimmer to get the bugs out and the TV controls were crossed up. One room was missing remote. Had to share between 2 TVs. But all in all absolutely amazing place to stay and would by far recommend to anyone and we will be back. Thank so much for a great vacation home away from home!!

The house was spacious with plenty of bedrooms for two adult couples, small kids and teens. The pool was nice and there were pool toys at the property, which we appreciated. Make sure you bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, as the minimum was provided. Bathroom in the master could use some care/cleaning/updating. Overall, this house met our needs.

Starting in 1990 we did our annual family vacations in Florida. We felt in love with this beautiful place on earth. That was the reason why we returned year by year. In 2010 we bought our first house in the Disney/Orlando area (HomeAway listing #291024). We are still excited about our retirement since we want to enjoy most of this time in one of our houses.

Why they chose this property

We spent most of our Florida vacation in the Disney/Orlando area, and it was so nice that we decided to buy a single family house with pool in the Disney area. It was important for us to stay always in a gated community. We stayed in several resorts and for vacations in a single family home the Solana Resort was perfect for us. It is a private luxury gated community close to Disney World, Universal Studios, Legoland and Sea World and fits to the requirements even for adults as well as for families. This resort is only a short drive to Orlando’s attractions and just blocks away from various premium shopping outlets. You can enjoy all good things just a few minutes away: gourmet dining, fine art, great fashion, relaxing recreation, first-class golfing and fishing and exciting entertainment.

What makes this property unique

The large west facing pool (pool and hot tub requires a separate fee to heat) with a huge pool deck and the hot tub is a must for those who want to benefit the full sun during the day and late evening. There are also high bushes around the pool deck so you will have more privacy. We bought this beautiful home in October 2013 and we updated it with new tiles and laminate in the living room and all bedrooms. The total house got new furniture in January 2014 individually selected by us. The new decoration gives all rooms our own personal loving touch. All of our guest enjoyed and will enjoy in the future the home as much as we do.
