This house was so lovely and welcoming! We spent two weeks here while waiting for our new house to be finished. Being able to cook was amazing! There are three separate, comfortable and private bedrooms and two lovely bathrooms. Water pressure was great too. Thank you!

The house has a tv in the family room area and the middle bedroom. The one in the bedroom is set up to only play DVD's. Would be nice to also have a tv in 2 bedrooms that receive cable or satellite. This is not a complaint, just a suggestion. Overall, we were pleased with our accommodations, and the hosts are extremely nice and helpful.

We have been short term rental hosts for several years in Arkansas. This is our first property in Texas. This was my grandparents home and holds so many sweet memories. I want to keep the house in good repair and have the opportunity to visit and stay here along with other family members. We love the slower pace of the city, the background rumble of the saw mill and, being lake lovers, the proximity to Sam Rayburn & Toledo Bend.
Come enjoy Texas hospitality and a slower pace of life.
