Clean and comfortable home near downtown Pineland.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Pineland itself is located halfway between Sam Rayburn Lake and Toledo Bend Lake, a perfect location to launch your fishing adventures. We are in the center of town, so the rumble of the sawmill and occasionally the train can be heard. This house is equipped with all the supplies you`ll need for an easy stay, from kitchen equipment and dishes to linens and towels.

Vangie is available from 8 AM to 10 PM and normally responds quickly to texts or phone calls. If you have an emergency outside those hours, please call the phone number twice in a row, and it will override the silence feature and ring through.

This house was so lovely and welcoming! We spent two weeks here while waiting for our new house to be finished. Being able to cook was amazing! There are three separate, comfortable and private bedrooms and two lovely bathrooms. Water pressure was great too. Thank you!

Vangie was the best. She always responded with a quickness. The house was clean and everything we needed was there. It’s a quiet little neighborhood. She was very accommodating. We had to extend by an extra night. She responded quickly and accommodated great I would 100% recommend this place.

The house has a tv in the family room area and the middle bedroom. The one in the bedroom is set up to only play DVD's. Would be nice to also have a tv in 2 bedrooms that receive cable or satellite. This is not a complaint, just a suggestion. Overall, we were pleased with our accommodations, and the hosts are extremely nice and helpful.

I want to keep the house in good repair and have the opportunity to visit and stay here along with other family members. We love the slower pace of the city, the background rumble of the saw mill and, being lake lovers, the proximity to Sam Rayburn & Toledo Bend.
