Just a few steps away from your front door, you’ve got a community dock and a boat slip with your name on it (subject to availability, extra fee required), whether you want to bring along your prized beauty or rent one for your stay. When you’re not riding the waves or sipping drinks on the open water, enjoy a relaxing float in the lazy river, a sweat sesh in the community sauna, or a luxurious jacuzzi soak for a stress-melting vacay!

★ABOUT THE HOME★

✔ 3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms for up to 8 guests: Here, nobody’s getting stuck on the pull-out couch or bumping elbows in the bathroom first thing in the morning. Everyone can stretch out, get their beauty rest, primp, and prep to tackle the day with plenty of space to spare!

✔ Outdoor lazy river + jacuzzi: Oh yeah, you read that right. Not only do you have an outdoor jacuzzi; you’ve also got a whole lazy river to get lost in during those long vacation afternoons.

✔ Indoor pool + jacuzzi: When the rainy days hit (or when the sunburn is “sunburning” just a little too hard), head over to the indoor pool + jacuzzis so you don’t have to miss out on a refreshing dip or a relaxing soak.

✔ Private boat dock: Got a mariner in your group? You’ve come to the right place. This community has a private boat dock, and there’s a slip down there with your name on it (subject to availability, extra fee required). Bring your own boat or rent one for your stay, and enjoy immediate access to a windy, wave-y ride around the bay!

✔ Community tennis courts, gym, and sauna: If “sweating it out” is your thing, you’ve got plenty of chances to do that here, whether it’s friendly competition at the tennis courts, a quick lifting sesh in the gym, or a relaxing hour in the sauna.

✔ $50 per night boat slip rental (if available). Contact us if you’d like to know boat slip availability prior to booking.

✔ $5 per night jetski trailer or golf cart parking

✔ $5 per additional wristband (8 provided with parking pass). Wristbands must be worn by all guests 6 years or older while on-property.

Bring your boat and rent a slip for just $50 per night. Want to check availability before booking? Just reach out! Bringing a jetski instead? Jet ski trailer parking is available for only $5 per night. (Subject to Availability)

Rainy day? Sun too hot? Still trying to recover from yesterday’s “base tan” gone wrong? Not to worry–the indoor pool’s got you covered, and with bonus jacuzzis too!

This mega lazy river will have you so relaxed and refreshed, you probably won’t even remember what day it is when you make it back around to the pool deck. Add in a jacuzzi soak right after, and you’re all set for a full vacation day that’s guaranteed to be free of stress.



★TENNIS COURTS + PICKLEBALL COURTS★

Ready to work up a sweat with some fancy-people sports? Community tennis courts (complete with pickleball lines for you beginners) are at the ready when you say the word. Our favorite play conditions? Winner picks the drink menu for the sunset boat ride, but loser totally has to buy (and drive).



★COMMUNITY GYM★

“It’s wayyy too hot today” is a good enough excuse for us to get out of some workout time, but if you need your daily sweat when it’s too hot to hit the tennis courts, the community gym is open and ready for ya!



Please note that a $10 refundable deposit is required to receive a key to the fitness room.



★COMMUNITY SAUNA★

We sure are talking about sweating a lot today, huh? If working out doesn’t sound appealing today, head over to the community sauna to sweat out all of the leftover stress from regular, non-vacation life.



★BEACH CHAIRS★

Beach chairs are provided by Ike's Beach Service and are subject to availability. You can check availability or book ahead by contacting them directly.



★FIVE DAYS OF HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS★

We know you need more than a half-full soap pump and one roll of toilet paper for your stay. All Grand Welcome Orange Beach rental homes come thoroughly stocked with a 5-day supply of dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, laundry detergent, hand soap, and all of those little things you shouldn’t have to think about while on vacation. Taking inventory of household essentials sounds like a chore for back home–get back to napping on the beach, knowing you’re fully stocked for your stay!



★COFFEE + TEA BARS IN EVERY HOME★

Speaking of “household essentials,” every Grand Welcome Orange Beach & Perdido Key vacation home comes with a fully-stocked coffee and tea bar with several flavors and varieties to choose from. Tea + honey? Check. Hot chocolate? Check. Medium roast, black? You got it. Decaf, precisely 1.83 tablespoons of creamer, ⅛ teaspoon of Splenda, stirred for 37 seconds, and topped with one ice cube? Go for it. Whatever your tastes, you can start the day off right with the perfect cup.



Guest Access:

This is a private condo that’s all yours during your stay!



You can park your car in the attached parking deck. Please note that there is a $55 fee per vehicle to secure the necessary parking passes.



Boat trailers can be parked for an additional $5 per night.



Boat slip rentals are available for an additional $50/night fee. Please call the property directly at 251-979-4456 to reserve a boat slip rental.



You’ll enter the property via a door code that’s unique to your group, which we’ll confirm with you before your trip starts.



Getting Around:

We recommend arriving to your vacation home by car or by boat and having a personal or rented vehicle present to help you get around the area.

Allegiant Airlines offers nonstop flights from Fayetteville, Arkansas; Belleville, Illinois; and Knoxville, Cincinnati, Houston, and Kansas City right into Gulf Shores International Airport. Flights are also available into Pensacola International Airport (about 40 miles from Orange Beach) and Mobile Regional Airport (about 70 miles from Orange Beach) from other U.S. cities.
