We had a most enjoyable time. There were 17 of us, plenty of room for everyone. The property was amazing and the host was always available when we needed him. Would recommend this property to anyone.

This property has everything you need for a lovely Family gathering / getaway! We stayed for our son’s wedding at a nearby venue and hosted the wedding party for lodging and rehearsal dinner festivities! The spaces are well appointed with plenty of small and larger group areas. The pool is absolutely lovely! Plenty of outdoor space with furniture and tables for everyone. *Be aware of the steps to get in /out of the house if you have anyone with mobility challenges.

The home is very spacious and the amenities are very nice. There is plenty of items in kitchen to accommodate large groups. We had 11 people stay and there was ample room to accommodate everyone. Great spaces in the house with plenty of room for people to enjoy conversation and mingling. The outdoor space was stunning and again so much space to host large groups. Garry was extremely responsive when I had a couple of questions. I would highly recommend this property.

Loved staying here. It was a perfect spot for my family to gather and hang out. The rooms & the whole house was very well appointed and elegantly re-designed. We've looked for houses in the area before and could not find one this nice and comfortable.The pool and the grounds were amazing. The pool is a large salt water pool, which is wonderful. I loved the beautiful pond in the back. The kids spent time fishing there. Will definitely rebook next year!

We booked this place for a small class reunion with 10 of us — no big events, just good food, great memories, and a little wine by the fire pit. It was ideal. There was more than enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably, and we appreciated how quiet and private the property felt. It’s tucked away but still super close to town. Some of us took a walk to the YMCA trail in the morning before lounging by the pool all afternoon. The place brought back all the good Midwestern summer memories — card games, BBQ, pool time, and tons of laughter. It felt like home but fancier.

We hosted a family reunion at this amazing one-of-a-kind house and property. There was plenty of room for 14 adults and 6 children. It’s extremely hard to find a place that can accommodate such a large group. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool and fishing in the small lake. They loved the “kids room” with bunk beds, sofa, TV and games. Adults (who also enjoyed the pool) played corn hole and had plenty of areas both inside and out to sit and enjoy each other’s company. A bonus was seeing the blue heron and two turkeys who visited every day. We plan to make this an annual tradition.

I grew up in Fulton and hadn’t been back in years. Now with kids of my own, I wanted to show them where I’m from — but with a little comfort. This house delivered. It’s peaceful, beautifully decorated, and so well stocked. The kids had a blast at the pool and even got to ride bikes into town while we visited Crane’s Store and picked up some 2 sandwiches. We also spent a few hours at Little Dixie Lake and walked around downtown — the cobblestone streets, local shops, and restaurants were such a throwback. One night we had ribeyes at a restaurant nearby — hands down the best I’ve had in years.

The house was perfect for our extended family for the wedding weekend. Every room was clean and comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The location is perfect for the Jewel. All communication was prompt and thorough. We had a great stay and highly recommend this beautiful home!

This property is everything a traveler could want. Clean and well maintained. It is the best VRBO kitchen we have used. Quality, matching kitchen items. Didn’t feel like someone’s rejects. Garry even provided a Kuerig for our convenience. The bathrooms are updated, including large showers. Love the shape and size of the pool. The step entry made getting in and out of pool simple. Also had a bags tourney. We had fires two nights with the wood and tools provide. S’MOORS!!!Garry was the perfect host. Very responsive to our questions but not intrusive. I would give this property more than five stars if possible.

The property was immaculate and was exactly what our large family needed to celebrate a wedding in the area. The large kitchen and dining area as well as the pool, patio, and fire pit allowed us to visit without interrupting the routine of the small children in our group. Garry was immensely helpful and accommodating. We were able to get an earlier check-in and he was always a quick message away if we needed anything. Our family is already trying to come up with a way to stay here again. 10/10 would recommend.
