We didn’t use the pool based on time of year but it was large. The hot tub is more like a kiddie pool.

We're sorry you feel that way. To add, this is an odd review after all I did sent instructions for the jacuzzi via text, and other instructions. your lack of response or not seeing text messages that is out of my control. I don't understand tv? clearly on photos you can see we have tv. and Iron we have a steamer instead. Negative review doesn't reflect your time as it was seen you and your guest were having fun also leaving marijuana crumbs and odor behind sounds and smelled like you did as you pleased in our property breaking one major rule.

The house was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and had great amenities. The neighborhood and surrounding area is beautiful. We loved taking walks everyday. The surrounding area has great restaurants, breweries and grocery stores nearby. The property is very close to downtown Riverside and the University, and being located up on the hill you have amazing views. The owners were a pleasure to work with and very accommodating of anything we needed. We would most definitely stay here again.
