The property was very nice. In a great location. Easy to get to. Plenty of room to be comfortable. Would definitely stay again in the future.

We enjoyed our short stay at Mountain View. We had a small issue with the battery in the keypad and it was fixed within 30 minutes on a Friday evening. The water pressure and deck both need some maintenance but otherwise, great property. Thanks!

The cabin itself was great. We had an issue with no water pressure....the water trickled out. We notified the office and they got on it immediately. I was impressed with how quickly it was fixed. I was a little disappointed in the view from the deck but it was still nice. The cabin is just as it is in the listing. Beds were comfortable and the cabin was very clean. Two full baths was a big plus! The location is easily accessed and close to pretty much anything you'd need. This was our 3rd time renting in Wears Valley and we love it on the quiet side of the Smokies. Not having a hot tub was fine with us as the nights were cold but a firepit in place of the picnic table would have been nice. I would recommend this cabin even though we would not rent this particular cabin again due to some personal preferences but it's still a great cabin, Volunteer Cabin Rentals were great to deal with.
