Kholle Villa has been designed as a family home, with hotel standards.
It is at the same time a village house and a sea view estate. Our guests can easily choose between our restaurant and terrasses, or discover nearby restaurants and bars. Snorkeling, diving, kite surfing and dhow sailing is directly available on the beach.

Why they chose this property

Beaches on the South-Eastern part of Zanzibar are among the most beautiful on the Island. Just opposite the house, the seashore is amazing at high tide as well as at low tide.
Jambiani is a spot for restaurants, bars and night parties and therefore perfect for trans-generational groups of people!

What makes this property unique

We aim at offering the best of a home and the best of a hotel. We are proud to hear that our guests do appreciate the quality of our service. Camille, who manages the house, welcomes and takes care of our guests. She speaks English as well as French and Swahili.
