Spectacular luxury townhome located at Village by the Beach. PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED no expense spared! Unit is beautifully furnished with top of the line bedding, linens, décor, kitchen furnishings, flat screen, smart HDTV's: 55" Living Area, 43" in each bedroom. Located a short 3 min walk to the beach. Unit looks out at beautiful resort style heated pool with overhead fountain, colored night lights and separate kiddie pool. This unit sleeps 6 adults and 2 children; top of the line king bed in Master Ensuite, pillow top queen bed and twin with trundle in 2nd bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa; Charcoal BBQ grills located at pool, private patio with seating and pool view. Close to the Packery Channel, Jetties and Bob Hall Pier for the serious angler. Horseback riding on the beach just to the south near Padre Island National Seashore which is a great experience and also offers world class bird watching with more than 380 species of birds seen migrating over the Texas coast. Don't miss the sea-turtle nesting and recovery between April and August. There are beach cart rentals available and kite surfing lessons. Make your next vacation a memorable one on North Padre Island!

Family Staycation

Everything was just as the property manager stated it was and the pictures are accurate as well. Very close to the beach (walking distance) can't ask for anything more! Will definitely let others know about this property and keep it in mind for next getaway!

Birthday Get Away by the Beach

We arrived on a Saturday, March 16, and prior to arriving had some questions that were answered practically immediately. Directions were very thorough and we made it there without any struggle. The location is EVERYTHING! The porch overlooks the HEATED pool (minus the kids side/cold water). The amenities are wonderful with beach toys, towels, pool toys, beach gear, etc... The instructions left by the host are crystal clear. If you need anything tho just text and they will respond 24/7 and quickly. Master has King bed and attached bathroom with shower. Other bedroom has full sized bed and a twin bed with trundle twin underneath. I believe the couch also pulls out into a queen but we didnt use that. There is a guest bathroom with shower/tub combo. Everything super clean! Beds comfy! Internet fast! Cable TV! Just a wee little drive to the drive on beach access. Doesnt overlook beach but its literally RIGHT THERE! No complaints! We will return! Thanks Jim and Veronica!

Spring break

This property was very clean. The water toys & boogie boards were a great bonus! The heated pool was perfect for the cooler weather we had! The area is full of family entertainment. Easy drive from airport. Quick walk to the beach. We had a great time!!
