Beautiful view, cabin layout great. One arcade never worked. Clean, but railing loose on upstairs front porch, tv not working until the last night, tv about to fall off of wall upstairs, upstairs shower flooring weak.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We're so glad you enjoyed the views and cabin layout! We sincerely apologize that you encountered several maintenance issues during your stay—the non-functioning arcade, loose railing, TV problems, and shower flooring concerns are all things we take seriously. Your safety and comfort matter to us, and we're grateful you brought these to our attention. We hope to welcome you back once everything is properly repaired. Madison, Venture Smoky Mountains
