Surrounded by swaying palm trees, this peaceful beach retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. Rinse off the salt and sand in the outdoor shower, then relax on the breezy patio with comfy chairs, a BBQ grill, and a handy foot rinse. Two beach cruisers are ready for island adventures, and stunning sunsets, seashells, and seabirds are all part of the daily rhythm. Inside, enjoy central A/C and heat, and unwind on a brand-new, ultra-comfy king-sized bed. Street parking is included—just share your vehicle and plate info. Clean, quiet, and full of beachy bliss!

Parking: On-street—valid across all PAG streets- Guest has to communicate vehicle details and license plate information a few hours prior to arrival.
Beach access: Just a minute’s walk—only 5 parking spaces from the boardwalk crossover

- NO PARTIES, Events, gatherings. it's a quiet beach neighborhood with no extra parking areas as land is limited

Wonderful place. Spotless. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Location was perfect! Day parking in that area can be 50$ for the day and with this place being so reasonably priced, it felt like a steal. Communication was easy. Will stay here again!

Lisa, our host was extremely attentive. The amenities were also far above expectations. Everything from the kitchen to the bathroom and the free bottle of wine showed us how attention to details were exercised to the fullest. My girlfriend and I were extremely impressed and we will definitely be back.
