The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table for 6 and counter seating for 2 (we recommend bringing extra chairs if you plan to seat the whole group for dinner). Downstairs, the entertainment space shines with a dedicated film room and a games room featuring foosball and air hockey.

This is a well-loved family home in the heart of NW Calgary. It is not brand new, and the backyard is not fully fenced in. The ensuites are mostly showers (not bathtubs) and there is only 1 bathtub in the home.

◆ This property may have exterior security cameras at or near all entrances. Cameras are exterior only and are for the safety and security of all guests.
