The house comes equipped with AC of course, WiFi, a washer and dryer, game room, coffee cart, spectacular sunsets from the spacious patio, calming sounds of our waterfall, a paddle boat, and a work space with a panoramic monitor and desk if you absolutely must work! Such a cozy peaceful house in a great neighborhood! We really enjoyed sitting outside by the water watching the birds and lizards. So close to everything you need like restaurants etc. We loved it!

We had a fantastic 8-night stay in Chandler! Brandi was a wonderful host, and the property was the perfect home base for our group of four. The location was incredibly convenient for our daily golf and pickleball outings, and the house itself had everything we needed to just relax after a long day out. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend booking this getaway!"

Great house, we enjoyed the place. Neat, and everything is exactly as described on the site. Even the heater outside was working. If there is another opportunity, I would rent the same space.

Great Location! Tucked away within a great neighborhood in Chandler. We loved having breakfast on the deck by the lake, beautiful yard. The pickleball and basketball courts as well as the community pool and hot tub are only 1/2 a block away. The master is upstairs along with a loft, plus 2 roomy bedrooms downstairs. TV's were easy to navigate for streaming. Owner was easy to contact with any questions, would definitely recommend!
