The house overall was beautifully decorated and communicate was excellent between the hosting company. My groups only critique was the cleanliness of our stay. Several times we found stained sheets and towels within the house. Alongside some of the dishes previously put away before our arrival were put away dirty. The house provided enough cleaning products to fix these problems, but made a few people in our group uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the house.

We're glad you enjoyed the home and our communication, but we're sorry the cleanliness fell short of expectations. This is not the experience we want our guests to have. We'll make sure these concerns are addressed with our cleaning team to help prevent this from happening again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
