Cabin on Blake Lake with Private Lake Access and Dock - RV Hook Ups Included
This recreational property is on Black Lake and has private access with a dock. A unique cabin is located on the property that brings all the amenities needed to you to be comfortable and enjoy your time at the lake. This property allows and affordable get away with many options for guests to come and stay comfortably.
The Cabin
Cabin is a 16x20 living space that includes a loft (this is not a full bedroom, but a loft only) with a queen bed, queen murphy bed on the main floor and a pull-out double sofa bed suitable for children. Bedding is provided. Cabin has heating and cooling, high speed internet and a smart TV.
The Amenities Building
The amenities building includes the creature comforts needed for all guests at the property to enjoy their stay. The building is a 12x12 that includes a bathroom with shower, kitchenette, full size refrigerator, outside shower for rinsing off, washer & dryer. Towels and paper products are provided. There is a ninja oven/fryer, Keurig coffee maker, one stove top camping burner, and an ice maker.
The Yard
There is a big yard for picnicking or playing games with a spectacular view. Above ground fire pit with wood is provided. Tents are allowed in the grass area. This parcel is mostly fenced and could strongly encourage animals to stay on property but is not a full fence. It can easily fit six cars in parking area without RV use.
The Lake & Dock
150ft of Black Lake shoreline is also owned and can be accessed by a staircase down to the lake (Black Lake Blvd does run through the parcel so guests must cross the road to access stairs). Floating dock allows for a boat to be docked at the property and for swimming. There is more vegetation on this side of the lake, so swimming from dock is encouraged. Public boat launch is about 5 miles from property, but boat and other watercraft can be docked at property for the duration of the stay. Black Lake is a lake that has fishing, and no wake zone will 10am then is primarily water sports throughout the day. Water equipment is available for use. Currently there are two kayaks, floating lily pad and floaties available for use. Equipment available can change throughout the year.
The RV site
There are two full site RV hook ups (1-30amp, 1-50amp) on the property for use, RV parking is on black top. Important Note – Property does have limited maneuverability space. If RV spaces are going to be used, please ensure you are an intermediate trailer driver.
Location
Five miles from Westside Olympia where you will find dining, mall, groceries, movies and more. Four miles off Hwy 101, and eight miles from I-5. Anything you need will be nearby. Feel like you are in a private oasis, but get to town in a jiffy.
