Tim was always available- responded right away to answer questions. Place was very clean, towels and bedding readily available; I loved all the plants and decor- excellent job making it look homey. Having a way to do laundry was so helpful. Access doors easy to use and kitchen had all the necessary cookware. Close enough to downtown- a short walk to all the places to eat, etc. Would stay again!
