Beautiful home and tons of space for everyone to spread out and the house had everything we needed from the bedrooms to the views, it was all great. We only stayed for a few nights, but would totally go back again! Super easy walk into downtown Gruene.

Had a wonderful two-night stay celebrating our daughter’s college graduation with a group of 11 guests. The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable for everyone, with plenty of room to gather and relax. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and the location was perfect for graduation events and family time. We would definitely recommend this property for large groups and special occasions.

We had such a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as pictured, and there were absolutely no surprises. The home was clean, spacious, comfortable, and the perfect setup for our group of 10 women.The location was amazing—just a 6-minute walk to downtown Gruene and close to the river, which made it so easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.Two things we noticed that weren’t deal breakers whatsoever was the apparent stains on the farmhouse sink that could have been from previous guests and a missing knob on the gourmet kitchen stove.Scott was also a fantastic host! We asked about a late checkout and were told the cleaners were on a tight schedule, so it might not be possible. Even so, Scott was incredibly accommodating and kindly extended our checkout by an extra hour. We really appreciated him making the effort to work with us.We would absolutely stay here again! Great space, great location, and a great host. Highly recommend!

Thank you, Nina for the great review. We have replaced the oven knob already. We were waiting on a part that had to be ordered, and unfortunately it hadn't arrived before your reservation. There is a slight discoloration on a very small part of our kitchen sink, but it is cleaned thoroughly before each new guest arrives. This is the first time someone put it in a review, but we can assure future guests the sink is very clean. We will try and use Barkeepers cleaner to remove the discoloration. This home is immaculate. Each bedroom having their on bathroom was great. We enjoyed the sunsets on the back patio. It is conveniently located to everything!!

Such a BEAUTIFUL, well-maintained home in the perfect location! We had a large group and everyone was comfortable and raved about the home. We loved the layout, the back patio and the ability to walk to downtown Gruene. We are already looking at dates to come back next summer.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this house! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weekend. We absolutely LOVED the house! It was right out of a magazine and the Master bathroom and closet were to die for!!! Everything was so perfect! Walking distance to all the local places and the river! We had an amazing time at this property. The house is beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The boys walked down to the river and jumped in. We walked to the shops/restaurants in Gruene. Plenty of parking for our 3 cars with room to spare. Loved having a bathroom with each bedroom. This has been the best vacation rental we have stayed in.

The house is amazing and so was the host. Scott was extremely punctual with all of our continuted communication. He even went above and beyond by purchasing and delivering 3 cookie sheets when we were unable to find any in the kitchen. The house, inside and outside exceeded our expectations. The extra bar area includes 2 small drink refrigerators that came in very handy. Its was so peaceful and we really enjoyed having our I own stairs that lead directly to the river. It has a wonderful grill, outdoor furniture and tv. It was truly a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you Scott for making this trip one to remember and going the extra mile for us.

This is a beautiful property. It was the perfect home for our get together with our adult children. Everyone had their own bedroom with in suite bathroom. The kitchen, dining area, living room and patio were great hangout areas that accommodated our large group. We enjoyed the location in Gruene and being able to walk to restaurants and entertainment.Scott was a wonderful host. Very responsive and provided helpful information on the house and area. We are already talking about booking another family vacation here!

Nicest property i have ever rented. The house was new and very spacious. 4 couples easily could stay here very comfortably. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom. Beds are big and comfortable. On the river and walking distance to Gruene Hall. Not sure it gets better. I will absolutely be back!

Awesome home and great location! Short, though steep, walk to the river with access for tubes and kayaks a short walk upriver. Tables near the water for picnic. Nice flat shallow area upriver with small rapids great for relaxing. Short walk into Gruene for dinner at the Gristmill. Host was very responsive.
