Bring your boat and fishing gear! Our large backyard provides ample space to store all your equipment and conveniently park your boat near the driveway. With easy access to nearby canals, you can launch your boat and quickly reach the hottest fishing spots the island has to offer.

The true highlight of The Island Gem is its amazing backyard. At night, it transforms into a private haven perfect for BBQs and enjoying the serene island evenings under the stars. The expansive yard offers plenty of room to move around, and you'll find easy access between the house and the garage.
