Vintage Paseo Getaway
El Paseo - Palm Desert
Vintage Paseo Getaway is Located just blocks from the world renowned El Paseo shopping district and on one most desirable and quietest streets in South Palm Desert, this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is completely updated inside and out. With a new salt water pool and spa and surrounding desert landscape, the southern exposure of the backyard will provide a peaceful oasis.
The home, which sleeps 6, boasts a master bedroom and bath with a king bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, and French doors opening onto the sizable backyard and pool area. The two additional bedrooms feature queen beds and updated furnishings. Furthermore, all the rooms have TVs, DVD players, and iPod adaptable alarm clocks.
The comfortable main living area is highlighted by a large flat screen TV and surround sound stereo with iPod adaptor and DVD player. The home also has HBO, high speed internet access, an updated kitchen, and a washer and dryer. The newly landscaped yard surrounding the pool and spa provides a serene environment enhanced by the soothing sounds of the pool waterfall. The yard is completed with outdoor speakers and a barbeque providing the perfect entertaining area. No pets are allowed.
COACHELLA AND STAGECOACH FESTIVALS: This home is just a 22 minute drive to the Empire Polo Grounds in Indio.
This vacation home rents on a 30-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.
Refundable Utility Deposit
The total rent includes a Utility Deposit of $1,000 refundable per month.
The utility deposit will be used to pay monthly gas and electric bills that when combined exceed $200.00.
A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.
NO PETS WITHOUT APPROVAL - You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. We will request information about your dog and may need to procure owner approval prior to confirming your reservation. An additional pet charge will apply, and an additional refundable deposit may apply.
