About the host
Hosted by Casey Bansavage
I work in law enforcement and spend too much time watching Netflix. I am the proud parent of two elderly cats and a three month old puppy. I recently moved to Texas for work and want to rent my home so others can enjoy it as much as I have over the years.
Why they chose this property
My neighborhood is quiet and has great neighbors. It is in a perfect location for shopping and going to the beach. Just north is University Mall and west is the wonderful Siesta Key Beach and Lido Beach. East is Myakka Preserve where you can hike, bike, or walk the trails.
What makes this property unique
This home has a new roof and new hurricane windows. The pool is its best feature, especially on those hot Florida summer days. Relax outdoors floating in the pool or grilling dinner on the gas grill. Inside you can spend time watching your favorite movies or shows on the smart TV's or relax in the master suite on the adjustable queen bed.
