Great Value!!! Immaculate, minutes from the beach, With heated pool !!

Completely remodeled in 2016, this house is full of everything new and always updating as we go. All new flooring (porcelain tile) with plenty of area rugs. New laundry room with LG washer and dryer and laundry sink. Ironing board and steam iron for your pressing pleasure. Kitchen is all new including the lighting. Stocked with all of everything needed for an extended stay. Dishwasher and dish washing soaps ready, under the sink.
Master bedroom has a private exterior door leading to the patio deck. It also has an en suite full bath with shower. The bedding for this room is a king bed only. Guest bedroom is on the opposite side of the house and the bedding can be either a king or two twin size beds. All bedding new October 2024!
There are towels galore plus beach towels for everyone. Beach chairs and umbrellas too! Siesta beach here we come!
The large wrap around patio deck that encompasses the swimming pool, has comfortable lounging furniture plus an outdoor dining set. If you need to get out of the sun, shade is provided by a Shade Sail and umbrella. The swimming pool is heated by an electric heat pump to 85 degrees. From November to the middle of April there is a easy roller type solar blanket for the cool nights that helps keep the cost of heating the pool down, as there is no extra charge for the pool heating.
All tvs have Xfinity WIFI with Roku streaming in Guest mode. There are tvs in both bedrooms and the living room.
The limit of guests on the property is the booking amount of persons, this reflects our "No Events or Parties" house rule.
There is one only recorded surveillance camera in use outside the front of the house facing the driveway and the front door.

Very clean and comfortable. The house was just right for all our needs. This is by far the cleanest Vrbo house I have rented. No issues or worries. Tina was very accommodating! My family and I would not hesitate to seek her out for a rental when in the area!!!!

Beautiful quiet neighborhood 2 bedroom home.

Exceptional home with beautiful pool and patio area. Very nice kitchen and washer & dryer. My husband and I loved our week at this home. It is centrally located to beaches and many good restaurants.

Wow! What a great place to stay. Everything you need. Very very very clean. So organized for your comfort. Felt like I was at home! Loved the private pool and patio areas. Tina and Robert are fantastic hosts and you know they genuinely care about making sure their guests are comfortable.

Very Clean Very Convenient If You Are A Crew Family.

We stayed here because we had a crew meet at Nathan Benderson. The property is immaculate. House is very cozy - the owners have remembered all the details including a bottle of wine. Great communication with the owners. About a 15 minute drive to the park and 20 minute drive to downtown Sarasota. Would stay again.

Girls Trip

This home was perfect for 4 friends looking to get away for a long weekend. The house is very clean and well stocked. Lots of beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella. The pool was wonderful!! Pool area was beautifully landscaped. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely come again!!!

Perfect get away

We really enjoyed our stay in Sarasota, FL On Busti Drive Home was sooooo wonderful—two bedrooms, Beautifully laid out, with a gorgeous & private in ground salt water pool and very spacious & private Backyard with chaise lounges, swivel and cushioned swivel chairs and a good size barbecue area. Owners were wonderful and quite accommodating ! We will be back!

We had a great time!!!!

We had such a great time. The couple met us at the house (a little early even) showed us around and were very sweet. They provided many things in rhe house (a lot of towels for bath and beach, coffee items, paper products, washer/dryer, loys of pillows, Roku, and much more. Everytjing was clean and ready for our stay. The pool was awesome for day and night. Would definitely stay there again and plan to. Thank you so much for everything!!

Great Place!

This was absolutely a great place to stay. It was immaculate and organized with a private back yard and a clean swimming pool. The back yard is nicely decorated with plenty of chairs. Great location. There are plenty of restaurants and shops near by. It isn't far from St. Armands Circle. A great place to visit. It is a must to go to The Columbia Restaurant in St Armands Circle. They have great food! The owners, Robert and Tina are super nice. I highly recommend this place.

Much needed Get Away

My sister and I wanted to take a Florida vacation. This place was Perfect! We had many options. We could chill at the pool or go to the beach.... Fix something to eat at home, or go out to a nice restaurant. We had a late flight that delayed, but Tina and Robert were very happy to greet us even at the late hour. They were very helpful with questions we had about local venues, also. The entire property was immaculately clean, well kept, and stocked. We didn't want to leave. 😊 We hope to go back again soon. Thank you Tina and Robert!

Lovely getaway

We loved our stay at this property. The house was immaculate and fully renovated. The owners met us upon arrival to conduct a walk through, leaving us with a bottle of wine and fresh fruit. The kitchen was fully stocked and totally met our expectations. Our favorite area was the private lanai and heated pool. The location was 15 minutes to anywhere we wanted to go, including access to I-75 and the Legacy Trail. We had fresh linens delivered weekly during our stay. Robert was extremely responsive to any questions or requests. We hope to visit again in the future. Linda and Dave

RELAXING

We loved that the pool deck was just off the kitchen & accessible by the master bedroom. Our mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The dishware availability was impeccable...just like home. Since we were not checking a bag; we would of appreciated more toiletries. The toilet paper was like sandpaper. There were no herbs/spices for cooking ease. However, the hosts were more than accommodating to meet our check in & check out needs.

Please read terms carefully. It says no events or parties but it should read NO GUEST OF ANY KIND.

Property is very clean and seems newly remodeled. Owners have done a very good job with the property. Please note that the owners are very particular and meet you at the property at check-in. (Which was odd to me but understandable.) Neighborhood seems nice but I would not recommend bringing your children to this property. Each day we were outside and someone close by was smoking recreational drugs. The heavy smell kept us from enjoying the pool as often as we would have liked. “Neighbors” report any additional vehicles in the driveway and owner checks the camera. Do not have friends drop by before dinner for more than 15 mins. Owners will notify you quickly (and rudely may I add) that unauthorized guest are on the property. This property maybe be better suited for an older retired couple, but definitely not family.

Immaculate home and pool!

My husband and I rented this home in April, and my sister and I just rented it (August) for five nights. This house, and it’s outdoor area and pool, are sparkling and relaxing. As I mentioned in my previous review (April 2021), IF you seek a beach house, or a home within walking distance to the beach, scroll on by. But if you seek a fantastically relaxing home with a pool, this may be a perfect choice! Truly, everywhere you look you will see this home has been meticulously furnished for the complete satisfaction of the renter(s). High quality linens, an abundance of beach towels, lounge chairs, and tables with umbrellas contribute to a “get away from it all” feeling. We flew into Tampa, made the easy drive to Sarasota, stopping only for our curbside grocery order. The home is in a quiet simple neighborhood just off Bee Ridge, a major “artery” in Sarasota. (You can easily get anywhere in the area from here; it’s 2 miles to the expressway.) We walked the neighborhood every morning and encountered almost no traffic (usually in the 9-10 am time frame). The home is equipped with smart TVs and I just added my Netflix and/or Amazon Prime passwords. Every single day we relaxed by the pool, and came in for breaks from the sun…a mere five-second walk from the pool with no sand to clean off. Ha! We will return. This rental is a gem! Not a speck of dirt!!

I rarely do these reviews but feel it’s important these days. Our plans changed and we asked to check in early which the owners were very accommodating. We notified them one hour before we arrived and they met us there. They showed us around the house. We were greeted with a bowl of fresh fruit and wine. I didn’t see any dust or dirt within the house or not one single ant within the home….. Not one bit! They had everything needed for laundry, beach toys, beach towels, plenty of shower towels. There is plenty of outside seating and the pool was small (smaller than we thought) but beautiful. The bathrooms were spotless! They even left aloe vera if needed. Certain sections of the neighborhood looked questionable. My kids and I were nervous as we were driving through to find the house but the house was in a good location. There’s only a few things I would change….. one room has 2 twin beds in which we thought could be a king. It wasn’t a deal breaker though. The lighting in that room can be dim especially with the curtain colors. The main room is not a king size bed. It is 2 twins connected together and can has a bump in the middle where it’s connected. Again, not a deal breaker…. was comfortable but definitely couldn’t sleep someone in the middle. The decor of the house was a bit confusing. It was all nice but had Chinese looking pieces upon entry with beach shells under TV. I think having a beached themed throughout the entire home would’ve been great to see. I would’ve like to have a bigger couch in the living room for comfort. The couch is quite small although there were other chairs. This house has Roku and you have to put your own Username with PW. This is not provided for you and didn’t have regular cable. The one thing I would recommend is having a beach caddy or wagon. They do provide umbrellas (which check before you bring to the beach because the one we brought to the beach was broken), styrofoam cooler and folding chairs for the beach but can be challenging to carry on the beach if you’re the only parent going with kids. We left behind boogie boards for the next renters. I think if the owners were to up date the furniture in the living room, this house would be awesome for comfort. Overall, I would give this 5 stars for being clean and an overall rating of 4.5 for reasons already mentioned above. If I was to come back to Sarasota, I would stay again!!!

Check in was seamless as Tina meets you there and goes over everything in the home. The home has everything you need. Tina has thought of everything when it comes to the necessities of her guests. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need. The home is in a great location as you have easy access to get to the beach in 15 minutes. The home is well maintained and Tina has made sure you have everything you need to go to the beach, chairs, a cooler and plenty of towels. Great home, you won't be disappointed if you stay here! Also, I've stayed at many VRBO's and this home was one of the cleanest homes I've stayed in.

A Wonderful Host and Home

Tina's property is immaculate. She has thought of everything to make her guest comfortable. The pool was clean and the water warm. The outdoor area is set up in a way that you would never have to leave. We hope to be in Sarasota soon and we'll be back at Tina's for our stay.

Our stay, though brief, was truly memorable. The house was impeccably maintained and offered a warm, inviting atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the unique and charming experience of sharing the pool area with friendly bunnies and a duck—an unexpected delight that made our visit even more special.
