The host was super communicative and we really enjoyed staying there. I was bummed we didn't encounter any ghost, however... :) No, seriously, if you're on the fence about staying here, definitely do it. Tiny (manageable) caveat: we stayed on the weekend, and Central Avenue, by its very nature, can be loud on weekend nights--we sleep with earbuds, so not a big deal, but just be aware that it can get a bit loud if the windows are open. The charm of the place far outweighed this minor blip.
