- Late checkout – $100/hr.
- Hot tub misuse/refill – $250.
- Extra cleaning – $50/hr.



Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. If property issues are brought up at the end of the stay, no refunds will be applied, as it was not brought to our attention to address.

Bummer the hot tub broke down and the pillows are way too big, but overall, beautiful place to stay!

Thank you for the review. We're sorry you didn't get to enjoy the hot tub for a few nights. We were not aware of an issue until 2 days after you checked in and we did get it working that day. There was an unexplainable power loss to the hot tub. This issue has been rectified.

A great stay for us to meet other family and spend time close to the arena and WEM over the thanksgiving weekend. Kitchen was fully stocked with lots of appliances (even a turkey roaster). We had ten people, comfortably.
