Welcome to your home away from home. This luxurious, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom CORNER UNIT townhome is centrally located in the quiet neighborhood of Queen Mary Park.

We guarantee that as soon as you walk in the front door you will feel relaxed and at home. This unit was professionally designed and organized. No detail has been overlooked when creating this space for our guests.

We are now hosting two units side by side. Please inquire on our monthly rates.

- This unit is gorgeous with over-height ceilings, tons of windows & floor to ceiling glass walls on main floor.
- High end finishes & smart home technology. WIFI and Smart TV in living room has been provided for your enjoyment - NETFLIX included.
- Enjoy cooking in the dream kitchen knowing that Safeway and Loblaws are within walking distance.
- The open den area on the 2nd level has been furnished with a desk and chair for the convenience and privacy of our working guests. In this area, you will also find a cabinet full of books and games. How about a game of scrabble and a glass of wine?.
- This home is equipped with a Smart Thermostat which includes air conditioning for the hot summer days.
- Don't stress about parking - we offer a single car garage with driveway which is great for our Alberta winters. There is also additional free parking available on street.
- Views of DT/ICE District and only 1.9kms from Roger's Place.
- During the spring - fall seasons, enjoy the night views of the Downtown lights from the third level terrace which is located just off the master suite.

Right from the start of initially reaching out to Jacqueline to book my stay, the communication was fast and efficient and she was able to answer all my questions! The pictures don’t even do this luxury home justice, it is gorgeous, well laid out and beyond clean! Met or exceeded all my expectations! Queen Mary Park is a quiet neighborhood which offers all the amenities any guest would require. This location allows you to be close to Downtown but guests avoid staying in the middle of the busyness and constant noises. This leaves a guest feeling more relaxed and rested.
