Relax with family, or friends in this quiet place. This villa is inside the Projecto Villa Claudia. It has 24/7 parking and 24/7 security. It is fully equipped. It is located a short distance from beautiful beaches such as Playa Potrero, La Prieta, Pan de Azucar , Danta. and Conchal. In this area you can do different activities. You have several restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.
Liberia International Airport is located 1 hour away .
The villa has an area of about 60 square meters.
On the first floor you have the dining kitchen, master bedroom with a king bed, and full bathroom. There are wooden stairs that take us to the second bedroom with double bed and half bathroom.
Everything inside the villa is for the convenience and use of the guest.
The villa is in a tourist area. There are many activities / tours you can do. ( ATV , fishing, horseback riding, snorkeling, snorkeling, golfing, golfing, etc. )
The new Marina de Flamingo is 6 km from the villa. It is very interesting place to visit
