Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off appliances, air conditioners, close and lock all windows/doors and sliding glass door.
Place tied/sealed trash bags in trash and recycling bins outside near garage.
Place used linens/towels in laundry bag hanging on wall in kitchen behind door and leave on kitchen floor
Return all sets of keys to silver tray on table in kitchen
Lock both the kitchen door and main outside door manually on your way out of home
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
