The cottage was great! We especially love when we can find a 2 BR with a king bed in each! Super comfortable beds, heat worked well, well- appointed kitchen. We had a couple of questions and response time was excellent! We will definitely stay here again!

Charming. Bedrooms had king beds that were quite comfortable. Very close to Va Tech, and downtown Blacksburg. Very clean. Would stay again if my daughter decides to go to Va Tech.

Upon entering, the place was spotless and would have been a 5 star review if there has not been dirty dishes in the cabinets. Perhaps someone unloaded the contents of a dirty dish washer without looking. Greasy butter & red sauce on plates, and I do it know what on the glasses. Disgusting.you can do better! Other than this, clean, well stocked and excellent location.

Amazing gem at the top of Clay Street

The second we opened the door we knew we had picked a winner. The pictures did not do the rental justice. It was much bigger than expected with separate living and kitchen areas. The two bedrooms were also separated by the kitchen. The rental was spotless and very well decorated. We used the fire pit one night and that was nice. We were greeted by a family of deer several nights. The kitchen was stocked with just enough stuff for a short stay and was super clean. We were there for the Metallica concert but wouldn't hesitate to rent it again for future visits. Highly recommend.
