Vintage Charm in Fethiye City Center

Recently renovated and furnished with vintage touches, it features two double bedrooms, a dining room, living room, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, courtyard and terrace. Accommodating up to six guests, it's just a short walk from the lively old town bazaar, fish market and historic ruins, with shops, transport links and ATMs close by.

This two-bedroom stone house has almost 60 cm thick walls, which keeps it cool in summer and warm in winter. The bedrooms are both furnished with double beds, and the living room has a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is almost fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. The vintage-inspired decor give the space a warm and welcoming feel. There is a peaceful courtyard with a table and chairs, and a comfortable seating area on the terrace which are the perfect places to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, hot water, air conditioning and TV in both the living room and bedrooms.

For those interested in history, the UNESCO-protected rock-cut Tomb of Amyntas is just a 3-4 minute walk from the house. The marina, ancient theatre of Telmessos, harbor, bus stops, shops, taxi office, and ATMs are all within 5-10 minute walking distance too.

Guests will have full access to the entire house, which is an independent, separate building. You will have complete privacy during your stay, with no shared spaces. You can use free street parking. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet it's just located at the heart of Fethiye. You'll have easy access to transport links, shops, and ATMs.

Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the house, and pets are not allowed.

Family Note – Important for Guests with Children:
We’re happy to welcome families and little ones — a baby cot is available in the home. However, as shown in the photos, please note that there are no safety railings on the indoor and outdoor stairs, and no stair gates are installed.

For your children's safety, we kindly ask that you take this into consideration when booking or planning your stay.

Guest Identity Verification (Mandatory):
- As required by Turkish law, all guests must provide identification for registration with the Identity Notification System (KBS). Please send a clear photo of your passport (for international guests) or Turkish ID (for Turkish citizens) before check-in. This is a legal requirement, and we cannot accommodate guests who do not comply. Thank you for your understanding!
