The place was very clean, had comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen with all the pans and dishes we needed. The location was perfect. Close to everything we needed. AC worked great during some extremely hot and humid weather. The host was exceptional to work with and very responsive.

Our stay at this location was wonderful! The furnishings were great and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in while on vacation. I even asked for the brand of pillows so I could buy some for our home. One of the best parts was the view of the canal from the living room, bedroom, and screened in back porch. I was so happy with how clean the whole space was. The entire visit was extremely relaxing. I would recommend this location for a small family or two couples. It is convenient to everywhere and a great value. Every part of the process was easy from beginning to end!

The house was very clean. I rated our stay as a 4 due to the following:1. Had space heaters for heat that tripped the circuit breaker some of the time and were a little noisy while operating.2. Minimal kitchen utensils (OK for short term stays but not for a month or longer)3. Only sliding door to lanai was through master bedroom. Living room doors did not operate. (quite inconvenient)4. Ice maker did not operate.5. Garage/laundry area was quite unkept.All in all, the unit was very functional and nicely updated. The neighbor, Stephanie, was very friendly and most helpful. We would highly recommend. Steve & Joan B.

This was not a vacation for us. We needed a place that looked comfortable and quiet for the long days we were spending with a dear friend in a care facility. It was perfect for the end of day relaxation we needed after long days at the facility.Sitting on the channel provided some local entertainment by the jumping fish, bunnies and birds that walked the yard. We did not do much except eat out, but anywhere we went it was not more than 10 minutes away, which for us was great. Can't give much more than that.

Communicative host, clean space, easy check-in, great AC and fans. Loved the lanai and the water views! Really appreciated the flexibility of our host allowing us to extend our stay an extra day. Only small areas of improvement: only one bathroom had body wash/shampoo/conditioner so we just traded them between the two bathrooms, the first bathroom did not have anything to hang a hand towel on, and several pieces of silverware were dirty and needed to be rewashed before we could use them. Overall, this experience exceeded our expectations and we hope to stay again in the future!
