**FULL KITCHEN REMODEL FALL 2026** Your beach vacation starts with this beautiful, beachfront 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit, without a pool between this building and the beach, you can enjoy the luxury of a full view of the Gulf while still having easy access to all the amenities. In the master suite is a King size bed with a never-ending view of the Gulf, sliding glass door that leads to the balcony, and a full stand-up shower in the attached bathroom, fully remodeled. Your family or accompanying guests will enjoy a restful nights sleep in the guest bedroom with a queen and twin bunk bed. With a fully equipped kitchen it is the perfect place for the chef of the family to prepare a wonderful home cooked meal, stop and grab some seafood from our local seafood market! The dining room seats 6 at the table and 2 more at the breakfast bar. With a spectacular view of the Gulf and easy access to the private balcony, the living room also offers upgraded furniture. All units include cable, WIFI, and full size washer and dryer. The property offers 800 feet of private beach, 2 pools (one heated year round), hot tub, full size tennis/pickleball court, fitness center, grill and picnic areas, and private parking in the gated community. No smoking or pets allowed on property.
