Lil Lazy Cub is a brand new, must see, custom built 1 bed/1 bath cabin within only minutes to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It is a great space for a couple or a small family. Boasting a fully equipped kitchen, King suite, luxurious bathroom with soaker tub, a floor to ceiling fireplace and an outdoor covered porch that offers an outdoor TV, outdoor shower, and hot tub. There is ample outdoor space to enjoy your mountain setting including relishing around the outdoor gas firepit.

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please take all trash, including bathroom trash, out to the trash cans in the bear proof container provided. Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle.

Please place all used towels together in pile on the bathroom floor.

Please lock all doors and close all windows. Please leave the cabin in the same condition as when you arrived

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Smoking is permitted outside the cabin. Ashtrays are located on the porches.

The Blackstone griddle is connected to the gas line for ease of use. Please ensure you remove the grease liners and clean the griddle after each use.
