We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautifully renovated, had everything we could have possibly needed. Great communication with the owner, they live next door and were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this rental.

Had a wonderful stay! Host was right next door and was very welcoming and supportive throughout our visit- even providing a place to clean our fish and an ice machine! Location can’t be beat, dock was perfect for our fan boat, and the fire pit is a great feature for evening s’mores! We hope to be back again!

Cottage was very clean and well stocked. Although the waterfront was excellent to dock our boat, the parking of our truck and trailer was quite a challenge. There was no way we could turn around because of permanent posts were in the way. We had to back out down 6th street to the main road to leave.

Outstanding Stay – Perfect for Scalloping, Fishing, and Relaxing!We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our scalloping and fishing trip to Horseshoe Beach. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—but what really set it apart was the incredible Gulf view. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening sunsets from the deck while watching boats head out and return from the water. The views alone made this property worth the trip.The location is ideal for anyone coming to Horseshoe Beach to fish or scallop. It was just minutes from the boat ramp, making it easy to get on the water early each morning and back in the afternoon to clean up and relax. Having such quick access to the Gulf allowed us to maximize our time on the water.Inside, the home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a multi-day stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of room for our gear. It truly felt like a home away from home.The hosts were excellent—friendly, responsive, and clearly take pride in providing a first-class experience. Check-in was simple, communication was outstanding, and everything was exactly as promised.If you're planning a scalloping trip, a fishing adventure, or simply want a peaceful getaway with beautiful Gulf views, I highly recommend this property. We made some incredible memories here and will absolutely book this home again on our next trip to Horseshoe Beach.

Beautiful home, best sunset views, and phenomenal hosts! Mike and Jenn are so considerate and thoughtful when it comes to their guests stay. They have plenty of linens, toiletries, hygiene items, and cooking items… so if you forgot something, you won’t have to worry! It was very clean. They let us dock our boat at the floating dock, and gave us careful instructions on when to leave and return to the floating dock based off the tide charts for the day. Told us where the good fishing and scalloping spots are. If you need anything, they are very kind, knowledgeable of the area, and quick to respond. 10/10 - will return!
