The master bedroom has a king bathroom with in suite bathroom. The master bathroom has double vanity and walk in shower.
The second bedroom has a full bed. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. And the couch (in livingroom) pulls out into a bed.
The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. There is a coffee maker and an air fryer.
Sit on the porch and relax as you watch the sunrise. And, the sunsets in Horseshoe Beach are legendary. You can catch glimpses from the spacious porch or take a quick ride to The Point to end the day.
The pool has charcoal grills available to cook your fresh caught fish or scallops while you float in the community pool.
Finally, you will have access to the private boat ramp - avoid the crowds and lines.
For an extra fee, you can also use the golf cart to get around town.
While the name of our town is Horseshoe Beach - and it is located on the Gulf, there is not a white sand beach.

As an FYI: there are stairs and there is not an elevator at the unit.
