The property matched the listing and comfortably fit our group of 17 adults and 2 toddlers. A few minor issues included a noisy bedroom fan, the bathroom faucet without an aerator that sprayed water everywhere, and the poolside TV not working upon arrival. The pool was slightly smaller than expected, and mosquitoes can be an issue—bring bug spray. The elevator is slow, so expect to use the stairs often. The public beach is narrow at high tide and can feel crowded. Beach gear was available, and the kitchen was stocked with stainless steel cookware and spices, though there was no sugar or coffee for the Keurig. Host communication via VRBO was a bit slow, and the early checkout/late check-in times were slightly inconvenient. Overall, I felt this place was overpriced for what it offered.

The house was very comfortable for our group of 15, in a good location near the beach and shops. We loved the heated pool and the setup of the kids' room was perfect! A few items to note:* The keypad for the garage door was not functional during our stay. * While a gas grill was provided, there were three empty propane tanks and no grill tools available, preventing us from using it. * The faucet in the 3rd level hall bathroom was blocked, and water shot out from a small wedge like a jet and the vanity light flickered so much that it was unusable.* One of the 3rd level front queen bedrooms had a ceiling light that would turn on randomly during the night. * The pool wasn't very clean, and we had to give it a quick skim before we could use it. * The dishwasher was missing wheels on the bottom rack, which was a little inconvenient.* The Host was only reachable by messaging through the VRBO app, even when asking for their direct contact information. Even though there were a few hiccups, we enjoyed our stay.
