This sophisticated 99m² apartment is ideally located near many top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide range of restaurants offering diverse culinary options and also access to the Lagoon.
The living room is designed for relaxation and comfort, featuring a cosy sofa bed, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table that seats six. Oversized windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. You’ll also have access to a balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and utensils. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
The first bedroom is a welcoming space with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom offers a king-size bed. All beds are prepared with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful and comfortable stay.
Finally, the bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
