HEART HOUSE AT THE BEACH! 1 block from the beach in our comfy bungalow.

Heart House is located in Santa Monica Canyon. A stunning area at the north end of Santa Monica. Our house is just a block to the beach and only a 4 minute walk to the world famous Will Rogers Beach, also known as “Bay Watch Beach". We are excited to announce that Will Rogers State Beach just received an A rating for water quality from Heal the Bay. This charming bungalow is perfect for couples or families with 2 children. Two Bedrooms, two bathrooms, a King size bed in the Master Bedroom and two twins in the 2nd Bedroom. We are happy to accommodate 5 people as long as one is a small child that can use a pack and play. House features include complete privacy behind beautiful Redwood Fence and Gate. There is a spacious Indoor/Outdoor Room for entertaining and relaxing. Other features include Free Wi-Fi High Speed Internet connectivity, DirectTV, all new Stainless Steel appliances, 50' LED Flat screen HD television, beautiful floor to ceiling brick gas Fireplace in the Living Room, a four person Jacuzzi Hot Tub and mini ping pong table for the kids. Parking is provided for one car on the property as well as ample street parking.

The Heart House does not have central air conditioning. We do have a portable unit that we can set up for you. It will cool the master bedroom down but not the whole house. Because we are located so close to the beach we rarely even need it. All the rooms are equipped with ceiling fans that do a wonderful job cooling the rooms.
Seven restaurants are easily accessible within a 2 minute walk, as well as a small market and liquor store.
No keys to deal with or lose during your stay. Both the Front Gate and Front Door to the house is controlled by an Electronic Door lock and both use the same pass-code, for your convenience! You simply get a 4 digit code to make your stay that much easier.

The Santa Monica Canyon, historically known for its artists writers, and musicians as well as Hollywood industry types, retains a charm and casual sophistication for which Los Angeles is so famous. You will immediately feel relaxed and at home.
Not only is your ideal vacation bungalow close to the beach, but you also have easy access to Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Malibu and all of Los Angeles, including West Los Angeles, Westwood, Brentwood and all of Western Los Angeles County. UCLA, Pepperdine, The Getty Museum, Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica, Westwood, Beverly Hills, Hollywood and Universal Studios are all an easy drive. And Six Flags Magic Mountain, Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm are all within an hour’s drive. And if Art and Culture is your thing, there are too many places to list here within an hour’s drive.
