About this property

5 Bedroom Beautiful Home. Wonderful neighborhood. 5 Minute walk to beach.

April-June & Sept-Nov minimum of 3 nights. July 4-Aug 29 are 7 night rentals Fri-Fri. only week still available is 8/21-8/28. Our family"s wonderful summer home, we are now sharing with others! A 5 minute walk to Long Sands Beach down a private Road (by the Anchorage hotel). Many fun activities in York. Great area to relax and have some fun family activities too. Very close to the beach and a short distance from the touristy York Short Sands, close enough to walk or drive to. House has 5 bedrooms, 2 bath and plenty of living space (sleeps 10). Has two outside decks, one right off the two bedrooms on second floor, plus a nice patio with gas grill. Parking for 3 cars. No pets and no smoking allowed. Currently 4 Air Conditioning window units also ceiling fans in all the rooms & window fans, the place stays cool. You will love it!

We require renters at checkout to leave house the same as when you arrive or a charge of $200 cleaning fee will be required (details will be provided in contract emailed after booking). Also one outdoor security camera on property monitoring front door.

This is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach. There was plenty of space for our group of 6. There were a lot of amenities avail to us, such as bikes, washer, dryer, etc. Christine was very nice and answered all questions. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is great and has everything you could possibly need for a few days at the beach.Christine was a great host, communication was great, check in process extremely easy. Family reunion

We travelled to York to visit a cousin living in the area. The house was perfect for us Very easy to walk to the beach or local restaurants. Plenty of inside & outside seating for us to gather & catch up. Hosts were accessible and attentive. We hope to return!

Wonderful spot for our family R&R vacation ! Plenty of space for both kids and adults to hang out separately and together. Easy 5 minute walk to beach. Both adults and kids enjoyed boogie boarding on perfect waves ! Hope we have an opportunity for another stay ☺️

This house was great for a multi-generational family vacation. 1st floor bedroom with bathroom access for grandparents, good bedroom setups upstairs, big kitchen for prepping meals and plenty of open space for toddlers. Looking forward to booking again!

We had a delightful stay! The house is conveniently located near the beach, making it easily accessible by foot. The neighborhood is remarkably peaceful. There are an ample number of pots and pans, making cooking a home-style meal easy. The floor plan is ideal for families, allowing all members to sleep close by.

Loved the open kitchen/living room area to hang with the gang while cooking. Especially enjoyed the enclosed back porch/room for eating, playing games and watching football. The house is well cared for with any type of kitchen supplies for all types of cooking along with cozy and comfortable bedrooms. The hosts provided great assistance and were very accessible during our stay! Highly recommend this property.

Great spot with close proximity to everything nearby. Christine was very communicative and kept in touch through the entire stay. Cleaning fee not included in the original booking but we were given the opportunity to leave the unit as clean as we found it to avoid any extra charges. The property provided everything you would need for a stay by the beach.

Great Location

The house was very comfortable and the location was awesome Christine had great communication and everything was a breeze. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of room. I would not recommend more than 6 adults because the other two bedrooms had twin beds but if you were staying with kids this would be perfect. Just remember that there are only 2 bathrooms but that’s the case with a lot of the homes in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect York Beach Stay

This space, comfort and location of this home were perfect for our family. We traveled with 3 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone, the layout was perfect for relaxing and entertaining nearby family. The location was close to everything including restaurants and a grocery store, plus the short walk to Long Sands Beach was very easy (even for small kids). The host, Christine, was welcoming, communicative and helpful from the moment we booked through our stay. Unexpected bonus was listening to ocean waves in the evening right from the balcony. Overall this home was ideal and perfect for a beach vacation - I cannot recommend enough!

Expectations Exceeded...

I've been visiting York Beach for many many years with my kids starting out camping and now via house rentals. Finding Christine & David's home was just perfect for our family of adult children able to visit during the week as time permitted. The house itself was perfectly set up to allow full family interaction and also some quiet time as needed. The location and short walk to the beach couldn't have been better or easier. I will look to book this place for future years to come. Christine was a wonderful host and I would certainly recommend her rental as a great option for your stay at York Beach.
