Beautiful cabin in a peaceful and serene area. Everything was clean and organized. We had five people and everyone had plenty of space. Sofa and beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the pool in the community, and the hot tub was great after long days traipsing around Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood! Cabin is about a half hour drive from the aforementioned places, but is worth the drive to have such a calm and quiet place to come back to at the end of the day!

BEWARE!!! Our stay at this cabin was extremely disappointing The biggest issue was that the air conditioner was broken during our visit. The cabin became uncomfortably hot upon check-in, making it difficult to relax and sleep. We immediately notified the host, who acknowledged the problem and promised to bring us fans to help make the situation more bearable. Unfortunately, the fans never arrived despite multiple assurances. And the air conditoner was not fixed.What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication and effort from the host. Rather than providing a reasonable solution or offering any meaningful accommodation for the inconvenience, we were left to deal with the heat on our own. We had to deal with re-booking another place on our own time, and spending way over budget. We were still charged a HEFTY FEE despite the cabin not providing one of its basic advertised amenities. Paying full price for a property without working air conditioning—especially when the host failed to follow through on promised assistance—felt unfair and unprofessional.I understand that unexpected maintenance issues can happen, but how they're handled makes all the difference. In this case, the host's lack of responsiveness, failure to deliver on promises, and unwillingness to make things right left us with a very negative experience. I would not recommend staying here unless you're comfortable taking the risk that issues won't be resolved if they arise!!
