We traveled as a family of 5 with kids. The cabin was clean, had a beautiful view and so much space. Could’ve easily fit two small families or a larger family as the bottom floor had two bedrooms and an extra living room.
They rooms were comfortable with a great view, hot tub was great, you’re able to hear everything from the main bedroom and upstairs. Only issue was we tried to run the dishwasher and it seemed to backup into the sink so we just handwashing the dishes we purchased in the shops around. , loved the separate down stairs for the kids. But great overall stay!
It was a beautiful cabin and such a relaxing setting. The covered hot tub allowed us to enjoy even in low temps, rain, and snow flurries! The jetted tub inside was clean and perfect to end the days! Would stay there again!
Great cabin for families. It provided the opportunity for separation, but openness for being together.

Weekend getaway!
The house accommodated 9 of us, unfortunately the bedrooms downstairs had the TV's removed. There was no extra blankets or pillows to use. They only left one trash bag for 3 days. You must bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. The jetted bathtub in the main bedroom was unusable, the hot water ran out before a third of the way full. They did not provide enough disher pod for the whole weekend either. You can hear everything through the walls and floors, making it hard to get sleep if others are still awake. I dont think the people who clean dust the woodwork or mop the floors and the furniture on the main floor is stained up. I will say the host was very responsive leading up to our stay, not sure if its privately or commercially owned. The house itself was a great location and accommodated us for the few days we were there, just be prepared to buy things that should of been provided!!!
Family trip with my mother that along with my father took my sister and I to Gatlinburg so many times when we’re children. We lost my father 3 years ago and realize more and more the importance of spending time with family and creating new memories. At first contact with the property owner I shared this and was met with such kindness. Owner is very quick to respond to any questions and helpful. They made us feel very welcome at their property. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for helping us continue our family tradition and create lasting memories for us and the kids.
The cabin itself is great. Spacious for the whole family and convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but we experienced multiple issues. We still had a lovely time, but I don’t think management takes the feedback seriously nor do they attempt to address the issues previously reported.
Cons
1. Dishwasher was not working
- Washing machine BARELY works. Missing knob for load size and not all cycles work, very little agitation.
2. Both TV’s in downstairs bedrooms don’t work
Roku in upstairs bedroom doesn’t work
3. No overhead lighting in master. Very dark at night and one bedside lamp doesn’t work. They’re mini lamps and not standard size.
4. Doors to master bath don’t close
5. No shelving in master shower - had to put our stuff on the floor
6. Sofa bed broken. No air mattress available as stated by renter. Had to sleep on the couch.
7. No hangers in downstairs closets
8. No broom or vacuum
9. No privacy in master as it has an open ceiling to main floor above the bedroom and bathroom.
10. Toiletries are very limited. Two days max on soap and shampoo/conditioner per two people.
Pros
Management company is very responsive but delivers canned replies as seen in the reviews.
Very convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
Spacious for a large family.
Had a Christmas tree which was delightful.
Enjoyed two nights in the mountains with family. Cabin is off the beaten path and was perfect. Rooms were bigger than the pictures represented. Very clean!
First time we have been to Gatlinburg. The cabin was wonderful with a great fall view and secluded in the woods. The view from the back porch was spectacular. The cabin was well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed the hot tub especially after a day of hiking and fishing,
Were looking for a weekend getaway for the extended family and pets and this home fit the bill perfectly! Plenty of space for 7 people and pets and comfortable furniture all around. Will definitely keep this bookmarked for another trip!
Overall the property and cabin were very clean. The dishwasher wasn’t working properly and the pillows on the beds could be replaced as some have lost their firmness!! We enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out were very easy!! Good location and 10-15 minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg.Great location!!
Overall this house was awesome, 10/10. The cleanliness in some areas could have been better. The hosts were great and responsive, would stay here again
This was a clean, tidy cabin with a big fire pit area. We enjoyed the quiet and time to unwind. Would definitely come again! Thanks!

Nice
Although the cabin was clean it could definitely use a deep clean to rid corners of dead bugs and cob webs. Mattresses not very comfortable but plenty of beds for 10 people. Needs little things updated, first and foremost the cookware. Only 2 skillets and the large one was very scratched up and gummy and not able to be used. Only provided 1 dish cloth and dish towel and 4 wash cloths (for 10 people). Need toilet paper holder in upstairs bathroom. Needs larger kitchen trash can. Door knob leading to basement falling off which my husband fixed. Beautiful week and lovely area but didn’t see any bears :(
Had to check in late due to unit not ready when we got there but not a big deal. No pool pass was found at property luckily we were still able to use the pool. Only one issue with unit. The stairs and hand rail has screws and nails sticking up. Had to make sure to keep shoes on to prevent any issues. All in all a great cabin with a good view. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this unit again.
I think it would have been nice to have some sort of small dresser in the two downstairs bedrooms and hangers in the closet for guests to have a place for clothes. It would also be helpful to have more towels, it seems there was one per person. In the kitchen, would suggest a new set of pans. The manual can opener wasn't working. In generall besides these suggestions we really enjoyed the property.
Our Recommendations:
(1) Clean the ceiling fans (so nasty afraid of turning them on)
(2) Replace your nasty nonstick cookware skillet (only one usable was the small one) the large one needs to be thrown away
(3) Families need to bring their own paper towels and toilet paper (the cheapest ones are what is provided)
(4) Check the furniture there was a pair of women's panties was found in the couch next to the window
(5) Remind the family that there is no privacy with the bedroom on the middle level and the top level. You can hear everything that is going on and being said.
(6) Need better chairs on the outside deck where grill and hot tub is / also hot tub is so loud you can't even carry on a conversation.
(6) Needs new mattresses/ so soft everyone woke up with complaints.
(7) Remote to the master suite TV could not be found.
(8) I have pictures of these complaints that I have made and will be happy to provide them.
I really don't mean to complain but this was a family vacation and when you spend thousands of dollars for a three-night stay in this cabin, it should be nicer/cleaner and professionally maintained.
Our stay was wonderful. The cabin was beautiful and met all of our needs as a larger group vacation. My only recommendations are... check behind the cleaning staff bc the bathroom jacuzzi tub on main floor and shower upstairs were a little dirty and add the code to the pool pass in the checkin instructions. Otherwise our visit was wonderful. The home was close to all of the wonderful attractions that gatlinburg and pigeon forge have to offer.
Their was a couple things that went wrong in the cabin. Management was always quick to respond with a solution. Overall stay was good.

Family Mountain Time
We had a family group of 10. We had a wonderful time! We do have some suggestions for management to improve the next visitors' experience. Please replace the remote in the main room. We never were able to use any of the tvs for various reasons. Update your checkin directions to include where the pool pass is located. We were a whole day into our vacation before being given the info we needed to access the pool. Have housekeeping run garbage disposal to insure it is clean . There was food left over from dishwasher and created a terrible smell when we used the sink for the first time. Bathmats, hot tub towels were not clean. Doghair was left over under couches in main room. Mattresses made loud noises when ever one moved in bed. The ten of us created much more trash than would fit into the outside containers. Large groups that stay a week may need mid week trash pickup. None of these issues impacted our stay but know that you may want to improve for the future.
We came looking for an authentic Smoky Mountain experience and got it with this adorable log cabin complete with 2 bear sightings on our street. This house has space for our children to spread out downstairs and play while we could relax upstairs. It’s a quiet location tucked back which we enjoyed most. The drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was a manageable 20ish minutes but we were happy to return to our retreat after the crowds. I was especially impressed with the A/C unit’s ability to keep up with this multi story house as it was blazing hot out during our visit (I know this is an odd review point but we came home to re-evaluate our own A/C after this visit!)
