Place was great, walkability to everywhere we wanted to go, fantastic views, comfortable/not over-crowded space for my husband and myself.It is 300 feet from a gorgeous cathedral that has lovely bells….that ring every 15 min starting at 8am (they stop in the evenings/overnight). If you’re hoping to snooze a bit - may not be the best spot, but if you’re an early-riser it’s beyond perfect!

The apartment was very comfortable, clean, bright, and roomy. Mark was very responsive, and shared additional instructions, which were very helpful.  We enjoyed our stay, however, the following were not properly described or disclosed up front:There is NO SWIMMING POOL at this property as listed, nor access to a nearby pool. It was over 100 degrees every day, and the swimming pool was the main reason we booked this apartment.  We would have stayed at a hotel instead if we knew.The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator.  We didn't know this until we received the address the day before arriving.  The stairs in the building are bit narrow but were not a problem for us.  This is not the place to stay if you have mobility issues or don't like taking stairs.The building parking lot is for permanent residents only.  We had to park on the street with signs that the area is for residents with permits, however, Mark was clear on where we could park and that we would not be ticketed which was correct.There is a driveway/ramp that went up to the back of the building where we could unload our belongings right on to the 3rd floor so that helped with unloading large and heavy suitcases.  However, you still had to carry them a few stairs down to get to the door to get into the building.The building is one block from the Cathedral and the bells ring from 8am - 9pm.  We love hearing church bells and that added to our stay.  It could be annoying if you don't.
