The Sea Watch Condominium is a family oriented condomimiun located directly on the beach in Ocean City, Md. The complex includes the following amenities: indoor heated pool, outdoor oceanfront pool, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, game room, workout room, billiards room, and sauna for the guests. There is also a 30 seat theatre with Free movies and requests are allowed. Unit 713 is located on the 7th floor just steps to the elevator. Both the Living Room and Master Bedroom have sliding doors which open to the balcony. The balcony overlooks the beach and has a great panoramic view of the beach and skyline. It is on the southern side of the building, so the balcony temperature is always comfortable. The unit has 2 bedrooms and an open concept den when you enter the condo.
