This condo is a perfect retreat for families, couples and individuals looking for a beach getaway. This prime oceanside location is only steps to the beach – no need to cross Coastal Highway! There are sunset views from the large furnished balcony overlooking the pool – enjoy a year-round glimpse of the ocean. The unit is equipped with cable and high speed internet, brand new smart TVs in each room with streaming services (Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Hulu, etc.), Blu Ray player and newly updated stereo sound system in the living room to enjoy for movie nights!
FLOOR PLAN
The large open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and large island with seating offers plenty of space for guests. You will also find coffee makers, toaster, dishwasher, washer and dryer, central A/C and heat.
This unit comfortably sleeps 6 with brand new Queen size matresses in master bedroom and guest room, and Queen size sleeper sofa. Washer and dryer located inside unit. Condo includes one designated covered parking space conveniently located near the elevator.
This is a non-smoking/vaping unit. Sorry no pets permitted. Rented to adults 25 years and older. No HS or party groups – these reservations will not be honored.
