Enjoy the convenience of private beach access through the picturesque Pensacola Pavilion. Parking is available directly in front of the cottage, with additional spaces nearby along scenic 30A. A short stroll down a quaint, tree-lined path leads you straight into the heart of Celebration, adding to the cottage’s appeal and walkability.

Upon entering the cottage, you’ll discover a cozy sleeping area featuring a comfortable queen bed and a private full bathroom complete with a relaxing Jacuzzi tub. This level also includes a flat-screen TV and a stackable washer and dryer for added convenience.

Upstairs, the bright and functional kitchen is equipped with a mid-size refrigerator, stove, and microwave, ideal for preparing simple meals. The adjacent living room offers a twin sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy dining area that seats three. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening breeze. The cottage also features a spacious side porch, beautifully furnished with a classic porch swing and additional seating—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. An outdoor shower is available as well, making it easy to rinse off the sand before heading inside. Experience Seaside at Celebration!

Really fantastic experience. The company is so personable, great communication, and met us in person to let us into our condo and show us around. The condo was clean and had the basics for what we needed. We loved being so close to the beach. I would have loved a hand vacuum to get some sand we tracked in, but that's my only criticism. Truly wonderful. Would love to rent from Homeowner Collection again.

It was our first time visiting the area and we enjoyed the close proximity to all the entertainment and beach. I did travel with my elderly mother and the steps was a bit much for her. Our cottage was small but well equipped and clean. Parking was a bit of a hassel trying to load unload from the main road, between parked cars & lots of stairs.

Our stay at this property was wonderful. The location was perfect. Dealing with the management company was another manor. If you try to contact them, you must leave many messages until someone finally calls you back, since no "LIVE" person ever answers the phone. Had a worker try to come in our unit several times unannounced, or without any prior notification.

We would stay here again, but we like to venture out to see new places as well. If I could change anything at all it would have been nice to have another bathroom. Also, when my wife used the hair dryer in the bathroom and opened the bathroom door to cool down it kept setting off the smoke detector, maybe the smell or the steam, but there wasn’t any smoke.

We were about a 3 min walk from all of the shops in Seaside, a 1 min walk to the beach and the pavillion was right at our street, and a 5 min walk to Watercolor. The location was quiet even in the midst of peak season. This house is located behind the main house. Everything was clean and the house was suitable for me and my two teenage kids. The kitchen is functional for smaller meals but we didn’t cook anyway. We had an unexpected event with my daughter while in Seaside. She got appendicitis and needed surgery. The property manager was SO helpful and understanding. She offered to allow us to stay longer in the home on our departure day and even offered us a deeply discounted rate if we needed to stay another night. This property and the guest service were beyond our expectations! I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family!

We should have been told, offered a discount, or something like that.

Quick Beach Weekend

My daughter wanted to stay in Seaside for her 16th birthday and bring a friend with her. Celebration was perfect for a group of three. We parked the car on Thursday and did not get back into it until we left on Sunday. The most perfect location! Everything was in walking distance. Beach was right across the street. To enter the beach you scan a wrist bracelet. Which allowed for only owners or renters on the beach. I felt safe letting the girls explore on their own. Celebration itself was clean and cozy and very quiet. It also came with vouchers for 2 complimentary bikes at the bike shop! Great weekend! We will definitely be back!

Me, my husband, and our 8 month old stayed at Celebration in early May and it was the perfect Seaside home for us. It is close to the town center and the beach pavilion. The pool wasn’t too far either. We were celebrating my husbands medical school graduation and the home was just too fitting. We would stay at this clean and comfy home again.
